PS4 probably, but depending on how great the game appears to be I might shell out and treat myself with a proper gaming PC instead, because PC master race.

im getting me a new gaming Comp at the end of this year, as long as i keep it updated with graphics cards im sure it will run stuff just fine for at least a few years to come
