That's the plan, but there's a decent chance of failure if it hasn't failed already. A few Eldar seem skeptical of the idea and uniting in one purpose would be pretty critical for this to have a snowballs chance in hell, nevermind the possibility that Slaanesh has cooked up a counter-measure in the last ten thousand years she's been playing ball. But if Ynnead succeeds then it should destroy the Immaterium and Materium both, resulting in the universe and Eldar race being reborn. At least this is the most literal interpretation as the Eldar have the Imperiums problem to a lesser extent where a lot of their history is shrouded in mythology and while some of the really old Eldar are kicking around they are by no means common, so they have kind of scrapped together what they can from the remains of their old Empire. Lot's of variables, lot's of ways of going wrong, but what choice do they have? it may be their only chance at a happy ending.
