Well, we are talking about gods in a game. This game doesn't exactly kill off gods. They tend to get absorbed or splintered. When in either of those two states, they can still recover. So, no they are not killed.

Mr Corpse may already be a god... Look how many souls are sacrificed to him, many of them the juicy souls of psykers, countless worlds of men regard him as a god. Maybe if you took that carcass from it's throne it wouldn't change anything? Also, he has his daemons: Legion of the Damned!

Actually, there's hints the Dark Eldar are tinkering around with Big E's corpse due to a Mechanicus deal. Because that will end well.

They almost certainly are - the Dark Eldar are the galaxies experts at eternal life extension through sacrifice / soul consumption / particularly of psykers. The tithe to keep the Emperor alive each day is the sacrifice of 1000 Psykers. Why the mechanicus would need to sacrifice psykers to their machine spirits for life support makes no sense - but if they had brought Dark Eldar liaisons to do the work - psykers would be ideal fuel for their practices. If something of the souls consumed speaks to the power of the Dark Eldar host, then the same is likely true of the Emperor under such circumstances: consuming 1000 psykers a day is likely to amplify his psychic power. That may explain why Terra glows like a lighthouse within the warp - a frame of reference (the Astronomicon) around which Astropaths can navigate. Seems pretty likely to me - same input, same outcome.
The thousand psychers a day is keep the Emperors spirit bound to the throne, it was not desingned to have someone dying using it, the Emperor is dying, and only though his extreme willpower, that lights the Astronomicon, (witch in turn saves the whole galaxy from alot more warp rifts, and is the light on witch the imperium flies within the warp), but as said, it was not desinged for him dying, it was designed to create the humans own web way, this is not its purpose and it was not build by the mechanicus, but by the Emperor himself. The dark eldar thing i would really like some souce on since i have never heard of it nor heard of it hinted anywhere. originally it was very few psychers also daily though, but no one knows how it truly works, it is far too advanced, the only ones who perhaps would be able to figure out how to repair it would be crypteks,. The dark eldar engineering team is beyond stupid if you think about it for more than 2 minutes, and know atleast a fraction of lore
