What keeps me coming back and holding onto hope? ...Imperial Firsts becoming the 5th playable faction To be perfectly fair, my main connection to this game is the love of the IP itself, allowing myself and my friends to play in that IP as a team is a massive draw on its own. Add that to the founder store, the contact between the developers, the streams showing us weekly updates on how the game is progressing and questions get answered is an amazing bonus
But in all honesty, the entire team motivates me, the fact this game is this transparent is just amazing, I can see this game lasting for years simply because the players are allowed to help decide what will happen with it.
The idea of setting up an ambush with a group of 30 raptors, all hanging off of the back of an objective buildings waiting to pounce on their unsuspecting victims...
Oh in that case, mostly a concept that interests me, plus the knowledge that the game wont die mid-devolpment
I don't see them deploying other SM armies outside of the SM faction, deploying Imp Guard as separate would be be hard enough unless it was separatist but none chaos
Customization ( I love playing dress up) of your character/weapons/armour/"gifts"*. *Gifts; mutations, perhaps should not be that adaptive but more random and inline of "your" god (Iknow that won't be ingame from the start, but it really should come later on) Renegades (the PDF and IG type), I love the idea of the common man being a somewhat successful chaos champion (like my avatar!). Cultists. As above, I would LOVE to play as a cult leader and send a group of cultists to be slaughtered for the glory of Slaanesh! This is important; I don't see death as a fail if I do enough harm to the enemy (uniqe gameplay much!?). Noise Marines.
