This. I know that many of you may loathe it, but Ork customization would have to be at list a bit like Hat Fortress 2. With Inquisitor hats, Commissar hats, and everything
Remove the rotor section from a deff kopta, put it in place of a Warboss' usual choppa arm, add spiker bits to rotors then paint red.

I most certainly would love to be able to hang trophies on my gear but of course, I also think one should be able to earn them, Im thinking something similar to BF4 when one knifes somebody and take his dogtags for example. maybe after I kill somebody in certain manner (close combat, execution, etc) I get that players helmet to hang on my gear. or something in those lines, I just think it would be more meaningful than just a presets of heads.
And kustom the weapon. Like different kind of gun's "skin". More your weapon is upgrade,more it is bigger: Examples: gun lvl1: Gun lvl2: Etc....More powerfull=More bigger. P.S: Sorry for the photos, not very quality.

I think Warhammer Online had the right idea with their trophy system. Each piece of equipment should have a limited number of trophy slots and trophies can be unlocked via achievements like: Kill 1,000 (SM/CSM/Eldar) : Unlock trophy related to that faction like helmets or severed heads. 500 Headshots : Unlock a scope for your shooter Get 1,000/5,000/10,000 kills with (Weapon) : Unlock extra gubbinz for that weapon Capture 100 objectives: Unlock iron gob to show the boyz who's boss. You could have some of the these be purchasable in the cash shop or maybe have unique trophies that can only be bought.
