What Kind Of Stuff Should They Have As Microtransactions?

Discussion in 'General Discussion' started by Wincent, Oct 20, 2013.

  1. I thought they should have cosmetic stuff and ( I know some may hate this ) a small boost. But the boost are only avaible like 3-4 months in. it is made for players that have just bought the game and need to get up to a nice level. And the price should vary. It becomes cheaper the lower level you are and afte level 20 (if they have like 50 levels ) you can't buy it anymore. It only lasts about 3-4 levels aswell. and the most important thing. You can only buy the boost for one char per account. If you have bought it on one char, only that char can buy that boost and when he it reaches level 20 you can't buy the boost at all on that account.

No boosts. This isn't your typical MMO where it has vertical class progression.
Having a higher rank means nothing if you can't aim in EC.

I've heard that Weapons will be available in the Item Shop, but it wont be as strong as a similar weapon that dropped in a dungeon or was earned with hard work.

I believe that the Item Shop should just be comprised of cool cosmetic items and equipment that is weaker than their dungeon counter-part.

I would have the agree but i would still want better looking or on par gear for those that spend the time to get it.

It's actually an answer by one of the devs. I still stand firm by it.

Item shop gear shouldn't be equal to gear that was worked hard for.

  5. sorry for that, I didn't actually know which kind of system they have when I comes to progressing. I am just happy as long as you can't buy weapons that makes you better.

I'd love to see some items for your Strike Cruiser. Cosmetic items of course, maybe the item grants you an area to hang and display wargear and trophies from battles.
  7. Microtransactions... um but they didnt decide yet what economic model will they take for the game ?

    S'all cool man.

I agree, EC's cash shop doesn't and shouldn't endorse Power4Money. If that's something someone wants, there's a ton of korean Pay2Win FPS games out there.

EC isn't the game for that.
