Sounds like a valid plan, especially since you don't lack the speed to get out of combat quickly if you need to. The only question is whether you will get some trouble once some assault marine gets into melee with you, or if heavier weapons will make things difficult for you. I guess we'll see in more than a year ^^
I'm thinking that assault marines will give me the most trouble with that combo as well. Heavier weapons I hope ill be able to evade.
The advantage of charging into melee with a lot of ranged enemies is that they can hardly shoot back, since friendly fire will be an issue, as far as I've heard. This means a raptor in melee might be able to take down several heavy weapons and jump out of battle before the enemies can react. With this in mind, using two pistols basically robs you of this advantage, which means you'd need to focus on surprise to avoid getting shot at from several guys for example. It's just a train of thought, really. Let me know how your plan works out in the end ^^
Of course, there are no such things as corrupted Grey Knights. Only those who slaughter innocent Sisters of Battle because they think it is necessary to bath in their blood in order to be protected against the warp (which is quite amusing considering that they are basically immune to Chaos).
