They have a running alpha they play against each other, if you read the Chaos Newsletter they also further indicate it there But I read about that in the german forum. Patrick, the Lead Programmer at bE for Wh40k EC said so.
As an Dark Angel of course the Plasma Gun for an normal Space Marine. As an member of the Deathwing I prefer the Thunderhammer and Stormshield.

crozius and combi melta-flamer is my personal loadout for the character i roleplay as, as well as terminator armor and purity seals, nades, iron halo etc. However, lightning claws with jump pack...and on each of those lightning claws is also fitted a storm shield. XD or just a pin. if im an ork then I take the pin out of the grenade and throw the pin, then it explodes! however, my favorite weapon would have to be the rokkit-hammer
