The game is supposed to be balanced asymetracally. Different but equal. What claim to fame do the orks have? Close ranged shooting? No that is eldar. Long ranged shooting? No that is marines of either flavor. Best at melee? No. Weither intended or not that is eldar with a combination of faster swings, better d-bash, and intended or not wonkier hitboxes making them harder to hit than they should be. Maybe all around tactically flexible? No again that's marines. That leaves us with waagh. A winmore ability at best and broken at worst. If it triggers its the last 40 seconds, even if the last possible five minutes have gone by. And it CAN be a detriment, meaning there is no down state, making pain boys obsolete during it and potentially wasting limited tickets. Are we supposed to be best at melee? Devs seem to proclaim this but it is not the case. Are they even aware? What do YOU think should be orks "thing"?
I'm not saying it makes up for everything, but Orks do have 50 more base health than the other factions, so there's that. Again, though, not saying that makes up for all the issues.
50 freaking more health than every other faction, a 32 health wargear available for all classes at rank 2 and the WAAAAAGH Also, marines aren't really better than Orks at long ranges
quiet traitor, you hath no room to speak. I think orks need more development before we start seeing our "thing" Up close I tend to take out both CSM and SM with my shoota, and Melee isn't AS bad as I heard people saying it was. My opinion is they need bullet hoses and good melee.
