As an Eldar, I am somewhat disappointed that you Chaos Marines would want to first attempt to crush us. While you are wasting time hunting us down (why would we care about territory, we never have and we won't start now) the Imperium will be basically left alone with the Orks, and that you trust Orks to keep the SM at bay (or trust them of anything really) does not paint a glorious picture of your campaign. Furthermore, if by some unlikely twist of fate you actually manage to harm us, we will have no option but to seek help from the Imperium, who will want us to carry out as many "disruptive hit-and-run attacks" in Chaos space as possible in return while not doing them in Imperium territory. This is not in your favour. We are neither an immediate threat nor are we a dedicated anti-Chaos force. You have enemies which are both. I'd have expected more from Tzeentch, although I guess the other gods act as a counter-balance. You two realise that Cegorath (the Laughing God) yet lives, and his Harlequins still exist? Enjoyment can be had in moderation, and is a valuable part of Eldar culture (Something we, contrarily to you, still have). Speak for yourself, She Who Thirsts is still the ultimate enemy. These Mon'keigh know the meaning of treachery, we don't need to pretend any permanent alliance. Hopefully they will be smart enough to see the opportunities when we offer them, although there is some justification in doubting that.

Are you actually as blind as to think you will successfully "wipe us out" on a world we have no dependence on? Do you really want to go digging around in all the caverns for that hidden Webway gate? What if we decide to go install ourselves into your or the SM's territory? Extermination is hard, especially if you count on doing it before the IoM or the Orks get moving, even more especially if you give us reason to make them hurry up.
