So, since LSM and CSM are getting most of the attention with balancing and cosmetics. I hope Eldar will get some love next year. So with that in mind, what do you think the developers should prioritize for us?

I have made a list of some common issues, so pick one and give soe ideas or reasoning for it.

    The options are:

Swooping Hawk Grenade Rebalancing: Basically a rework of their function and bombing runs.
Reaper Launcher Rework: Mainly making Starswarm a good Anti-infantry choice.
More Cosmetics: More RTS items and tabards etc.
    New Weapons: Firepikes, Direswords etc.
    And of course, Mandiblasters.

In case any devs want to read:

Need new weapons and point rebalances. Too many things are yoo expensive for not enough bonus. Like the unlocked armor. It doesnt add enough d stats to warant taking it really. So make it so all eldar can just use it and still have decent offense power I say. It isnt like you guys are hard to kill with it on exactly
  3. I think Scorpions are doing well without the mandiblasters currently. The Reaper Launcher needs it more. I'd vote to do the Swooping Hawks after it.

New weapons are coming with the Exarchs (Elites), and some of them may be given to the basic classes.

And...I think cosmetics can wait until we're competitive enough.

In my opinion Eldar in this game lack identity(and new weapons can help this). Unique factors that draw players to the faction and flexibility within classes that allow you to play it in slightly different ways. Imaging for example,

    1) A howling banshee with mirror swords that could toggle a blade dance say that could act like a storm shield or that when she does a parry block she reflects back a portion of ranged damage.
    2) A warlock with a fear type spell that could drop an AOE suppression (limited bubble around a target)
    3) A direavenger with a force shield that provides a low percentage damage reduction to other direavengers withing a radius (to encourage others to play DA)

Just a few things that make us different to play because at the moment our game play is very linear (imo explaining the low pop count) need some flavor man.

They need the rest of their weapons(including those from earlier edditions) for starters.

We need a few buffs to damage, it's hard to play your roles with some of the recent buffs to Space Marines, Chaos and Orks survivablity, shuriken catapults REALLY struggle against Orks, not only because they are hard to see on the dark maps but their toughness and health seem to make dire avengers worthless.

Also I thought they were supposed to be inaccurate at shooting =/ I like the Ork players but I don't think it's fair to fight them right now as Eldar. The only real advantage we have is NO I'M ROADKILLERing and a few things that don't amount to much.

@BrentEllison we need our glass cannon with the cannon parts! =p

I want to say create a work around for bladestorm so that Dire Avengers have a counter to high defense enemies, but I'm fairly certain there's a large degree of bias and resentment in that view. So all eldar need access to more of their weapons/reworks of existing/and varieties to actually be responsive to new builds in the game.

Mandiblasters are like the last thing I care about, but that's also biased because I think the striking scorpion is the most useless class in the faction and everyone who plays one in match should be tk'd.

I think we actually need our faction finished before we focus on other things

So... what do you mean by finished? Kind of what the question is (as in top priority) and you answered with the question. What are the details of what you wish to see?

The Eldar need their core mechanics fixed more than anything, While I understand the want for cosmetics, that's more of a "want" than a "need". That being said, those are usually two different pipelines being worked on at the same time, so it isn't like you really need to sacrifice one for the other.

Still, if I were to start with anything it'd be...

1.) More than anything, fix Eldar melee animations. They're just...all over the place, and that REALLY hurts their melee units.

2.) Fix the RL in a meaingful way that everyone can agree on (mostly).

3.) Fix the DA's SC in a meaningful way that everyone can agree on (mostly). Just remember, we gave other factions more durability for a reason. Before the armor/health base bonus Eldar were too close in durability to marines, and if we just buff their weapons too much then we kind of negate the whole point of the base armor/health bonuses. Their weapons need a buff in a way that fits their niche, but doesn't go overboard.

4.) For ALL factions, a redo of the LP costs of wargear, weapons, and a redo of Master Crafted items. As well as a redo on all store weapons to at least make them moddable.

Honorable Mention: Reduce Eldar vehicle's ability to roadkill in a way, so that they can be buffed up in other areas.
