I just checked and the FAQ no longer mentions "consumables" in the business model section. Are they no longer selling grenades/boosters/ammo in the cash shop?
Especially if they re-implement the feature that you can get your grenade shot and blown out in your hand... For newbie it will take longer time to properly aim the arc so it goes where he wants - enemies have more time to shoot the grenade
Just as long as it doesn't go down the Heroes and Generals road, anti infantry grenades were affordable, you could still use them as a roomclearing tool to check if rooms had enemy's in them. But anti tank grenades and mines just didn't work. It took 2 mines to blow up a light tank which only paid enough money for half a mine, meaning that you'd actually lose money for planting mines in the game.
i like as it is. a system where you have actually to mind for where you are throwing your bombs. ZO YA KAN MAKE A PROPPA'XPLOZION, WIF TONZ OF GUTZ ALL OVA DA PLAZE, EH EH AH!
I think the granedes should occupy a slot in your inventory, so people would be more compelled to use the slot for other items/weapons. Also, I think giving a class such as devastators the option to ressuply your allies could work out great, pherhaps a ressuply box that you carry and occupies an inventory slot. But I might be wrong XD
