Problem with Eldar is idk what exactly to call them. The first thing that I thought was "People who like elves" but that was way too simple. I think the best thing I was going to put was "People who are just complicated."

According to the last player survey, eldar has most of the old people, which is fairly lore accurate.
SM and CSM have same armor values except Raptors only get 25 armor and toughness while Assault can use both Artificer and Relic armor.
