Depends on who's on what side. People rotate all the time between factions so the PuG a guild smashes one day may be the one's they're protecting the next. Various factions have various traits even in players. CSM PuGs are some of the best right now because they communicate, even through txt and the V commands, more than any other faction. They general don't whine about much, they're usually pretty focused. LSM is almost the complete opposite. Only a few select guild members from a few select guilds help organize and direct PuGs. Alot of the text is wasted conversation and salt and bitterness even before a game begins. It's not a community to be desired. Orks are much like chaos but generally, especially the regular Orks, not fair weather friends, not mercenaries or casuals, but the Boyz, are a rowdy and fun bunch to be around. They form an actual community through meaningful RP. And by meaningful it's generally, "KRUMP EM AT A BOYZ" and that works just fine to direct because people listen to it. Eldar are in a state of flux. I would in fact argue the population is growing, not shrinking. And thus it's fairly split. PuGs are generally new and inexperienced, facing the same trials we put enemy PuGs through with our guilds and more experienced players. It's no different really. This conversation will continue in cycles. We'll keep getting more and more vets like everyone else, and the vets will look to the performance of the new players and think about how to cut their losses for the betterment of the faction. It's the Eldar who must learn most from their losses however. We have in the past and I think that's why we continue to have strong showings even with a growing faction.
You forgot to mention we're also totally OP, which explains every victory we get. When we don't win, that's because our opponents overcame the incredible odds required to defeat such an OP faction.
Ironically, in my quest to get the stupid Necrotic chainsword for my CSM, I've seen the other side of the coin. If it's PuG v PuG, two hawks pecking together against a veteran player is enough to shut down the rest of the team. @Iyan and someone I've not seen before did this to me unrelentingly. I mean I was going for the easy kills on the roof and wanted to stay away from the terrible pug i was with, but hawks are def. The hunters of the lone wolves. I got destroyed and I had no loadout to counter it.
To be fair though if two players are that coordinated, you'd hope they can shut one other player down. Must've been pretty frustrating though, I would imagine.

Well I don't think they were explicitly working together @Brujah. They just knew I was going to the roof with a marksman bolter. It performs poorly against fast targets up close, so I kept away from the ground forces and sat on the roof looking down at the other 13 people on the team and... Well let's just say I shouldn't have wanted my spot so bad because they both wanted it too. A tip for new players. It's utterly impossible to fight two hawks at once so long as one shoots and the other flys.

Lol I say it's probly that every time a LSM bitchs or wines about OP shit gets done and I'm not sorry for LSM each death I get with my Auto cannon give me a smile since you get snipers OP medics and LSM always win with medic/fist zerging anyone says no we don't is a liar, I fight as chaos ork and eldar and LSM so that shit all the time if we can hold a point so I say Eldar I feel your pain, but same goes for Eldar I've seen more SH then your DA more and more I see less camping more melee with eldar/ork/CSM/LSM and I always go shooter so I can help my team but with teams spamming melee and medics 70% maby 5-6 cap classes and rest medics and melee sometimes we just say fuck it and go another class. To me more and more this feels like it's turning into that SM game spam one class and win.
