I would like Eldar speed fixed though Eldar are punished by their own "advantage" You move faster between points but if you move and shoot you get horrendous accuracy which punishes you for moving, this means a mobile race is punished for movement and must stay still, further more they cant retreat from melee combat because of LSM/Csm lunge combined with knife/sword speed, this makes the defensive use of movement useless except for Fire Dragons who have great accuracy on the move and I feel are better than Dire Avengers currently or at least I find they easier to use and to kill with than Dire Avenger and more survivable as well thanks to AD spam, shame they are the only melta class who cant cap ay I also find it bizarre how the Dire Avenger compares to other factions cappers, its just the DPS I guess, too low with the accuracy on the gun, I'm guessing Toughness is the problem, still glad I don't play the class anymore, causes me nothing but anger when I gank a lone marine and open fire first and then lose the duel while he still has 30% odd health left
Fair enough, state your argument/stand and we will discuss it. Try to be intelligent about it though and not make it some general, broad, and without focus point.. Centralize your argument and keep it concise and focused to a few topics and we will see where we end up.
Argument? Arguing get's nowhere. I've already stated my mind, though I am a scatter-brain, so formulating clear, concise, and focused things are increasingly difficult for me, let alone staying on topic, hence why I prefer to lurk and not post things. Again, I've stated things in previous posts, which you have seemingly ignored, consciously or not. Besides that, however, I cannot think of things to discuss with you, since I have no qualms with you, nor your ilk right now. Best to keep ideas and suggestions for the devs generalized though, in my opinion, so they can have more freedom and leeway to work around with things and tweak stuff, thus maintaining their artistic vision for what they want the game to be.
So...demand a discussion, then refuse to choose a point of contention? That's after you called me a buffoon, child, and basically just treated me poorly while also complaining about the toxicity of the forums. Whatever, I'll discuss with other Eldar players who, even if possibly less pleasant, have the initiative to have a discussion.
You see, there is a rule in TT called fleet, which allows Eldar to run at full pace and not lose accuracy. I would love to see less movement penalty for Eldar, but give them less accuracy as a base. Shuriken aren't very accurate as it is in lore anyhow.
That's Battle Focus. They gst Fleet IN ADDITION to being really accurate. @Rokdakgut-rippa you really got one shot dbashed from a Banshee? No debuffs, no additional attacks, 1v1 straight Dbash to the head. From full hp standing in front of you with 135+ T and nearly 400 total hp? I'm sorry that I'm finding it exceedingly hard to believe this.
*hiiisss* who dares to summon me yes I got oneshoted from a D Bash, they got one normal fast attack out then D Bashed me. I'm not going to go back and forth with you on this either because I'm gauging from your attitude you're going to be difficult on this, but I swear dude it was maybe one fast attack and a dbash and boom dead. I mean i guess its not a oneshot then but its still bullhonkery
I believe that is incorrect. The Eldar were created as-is by the Old Ones to combat the C'tan. They did not evolve, and have never evolved. Their internal composition is incredibly organised as a result, compared to the mishmash of organs that is inside a human.
if he fast attacked you and then dbashed you and you went down then you must've lagged or something because that's bullcrap and impossible, coming from a banshee mainer. even hitting orks in the back with a fast attack I can't kill their armor so I don't think it's even possible. I guess that what happened is that the banshee screamed at you (for those who don't know YES the scream does make your enemies take more damage) and then the banshee did a charged attack to you from the front and you barely survived the hit then he/she dbashed you and ended up downing you. I don't see any other ways this could've happened, and I'm saying that it's a charged attack because the banshee charged attack looks quite a lot like the fast attack, only that the animation is a jump with a spin and then a hit with the charged one and a simple slash forward with the fast one. Also no he didn't get hit from the back (if this all is even true to start with) because if he did he'd get downed within one charged attack to the back from the banshee.
