After spending $120 over a year ago on this, I still can't play. No, not crashing, not incompatible, not my pc is too old, not lacking memory or slow internet. All of those would be legitimate things that I could totally understand as my fault if they occurred. No, instead the game will not let me sign in, no matter what. Support doesn't help, they don't respond to my ticket after the first replies. They consistently want to blame me despite the fact the error is "sign-in failed", and absolutely nothing to do with my drivers or hardware or software. No one will help me and no one wants to even consider that it is broken on their end. 18 months and my entire time has been spend staring at a log in screen desperately trying to get it to let me fucking play beyond the very first time I got to play. I can't even praise or bash the game because I never got to play it beyond 1 day. I hoped upon hope that somehow on launch day they would fix the sign-in problem and it came and went and isn't fixed. So I really hope they enjoy my money, all I got was a log in screen, 70 mins of actual game time from my very first time, and hours of trying to log in. I learned my lesson. Who knows maybe someday they will care. I really wish I could just log into the game, I paid for it and I just want to play.
With that ammount of troubles, you could issue a refund... i guess? Sounds like a founder-package though, don't know if you can have a refund...
Yes, an old founders back before steam, from march 2015. I would gladly, gladly take just being able to play the game over a refund any day. Thats all I've wanted. Even if the game sucks, just let me play what I paid for and I'll be happy. It just won't happen and support is unhelpful and ignores the problem. I would like a refund since they won't help me but I believe there is zero chance of that.
A shame this is... but i guess that's how it goes... I am sorry Brother for your trouble, but nothing i can do...
And don't count this a release more like beta and i'm not defending the devs on this point, but i think Bandai pushed the release date a bit. And we are venting on the wrong side. Get back in a month and see whats the game then. Its just a game you can others until this mess is cleaned up a bit.

I don't use an anti-virus, and my firewall is always off since I am a heavy gamer and it interferes sometimes. I went through these things with support in the few time they bothered to respond. My intelligence, caution and running malwarebytes on occasion has never failed me in 14 years of using PCs.
