Torek speaks up at this, even his inexperienced mind seeing a flaw with the man's plan, "A Warp Jump that close to a hostile ship is difficult, especially to ensure we do not appear in front of their broadsides. Hardly an exact science, the Warp."

"That calculation is left with the Captain.I am guessing he knows his Navigator the best...and even if we appear infront of their ship...infront of their broadsides..it will take several minutes for them to fire.It is a pirate ship that is preying on merchants...they do reloading and loading of their batteries manualy not by auto-loaders.Also...this ship is agile...but again Captain Ferrelian knows better on that matter."as he finished he averted his gazed from the Kroot toward the Captain.

"How can we say if they even intend docking or not? They could be off to go figure where and continue their lives there. Though if they indeed dock, then we could possibly attempt to sneak someone in as part of the crew and sabotage the ship from inside, making it easier for us to dispose of important personnel and even make the ship ours." The Tau agreed to the Machine.

EDIT / OOC: Was referring to the initial idea to wait until they land

    Briefing
Simonias stood in the background and listened as the other hired guns kept talking.
    So much talking.
He could hear the voices cut like blades in his ears, he squeezed the handle of his axe and closed his eyes. Soft echoing voices dimmed out the sound of everything else as bolts of lightning danced under his eyelids.
    Its beautiful.

ooc: fast post go get into the action :D

Davian took a look around the room seeing all of the new crew even anthor new human and the back who looked a bit odd. he scratched his face reavling a bit of his claws. Odd group we have here almost every major race. Davian chuckled a bit at the thought of a necron working with people. he touched his pendant for a moment rembering his home and clans. he then brought his mind back to the situation

''Aye, the metal man may be right-even pirates need a port. Perhaps we should wait go to their last known port of call and ask around there. Who knows, we might get lucky and catch them in the docks,'' the captain said. ''Iffin that were to happen I'd be suggestin you get yerselves aboard pretending as yer wanting to join their crew, or stow yerself in their cargo and wait for them to load ya in themselves.''

The captain stood. ''But fer now we'll set sail to their last known dock, and we'll go from there.''

He took his leave, returning to the bridge.

''Navigator, to the planet Verghast. We have a ship to find.''

    ''Aye, cap'n.''

    --

Upon arrival to the new planet, the Mortal Vengeance immediately made for the space dock.

    ''Scanners?''

''I see a half dozen ships, of the right size range, in the docks cap'n. I can't say with any more certainty if any are our target,'' the sensors officer said.

''Alright. Perhaps we should lean on the portmaster, get him to tell us anything he may known. Yes, we'll do that first. Tell the men.''

    ''Aye, cap'n.''

Objective 1: Find and question the space dock's portmaster, he may know where the enemy vessel is, or when it's due back.

    OOC: As in...go! Lulz.

OOC: Give me a little while, well ya! I'm trying to imagine what the space port looks like, what kind of things are in it, how populated it might be, the distance between us and the ship we wish to raid, and all that fluff that makes for a good read.

    Just don't rush me! I'm a slow writer. :p

M2 (Mission 2, not sure what A# I should go with here)

Torek had regarded his comrades with some skepticism before heading back to his room to wait out the journey. The Fire Warrior had ended up with no surprises, the side of caution always seeming to be the way of the Tau when he had interacted with them. Afraid to dirty their hands and hire the Kroot to handle issues deemed dishonorable. The Kroot were always happy to do the job and gain their reputation, and this would be no different. He awoke to the announcements of the quartermaster some time later, rising quickly and with no need to shake off the effects of slumber. Many were the hunts when Torek had found sleep a fleeting thing.

    --

Torek disembarked to find himself on the docks, not even needing to weave around bustling dockworkers. As busy as they might be, a Kroot was an odd and uncomfortable sight. Sharp eyes began to sift through the crowd, as the Carnivore began his newest hunt. The docks were quite unlike anything he'd ever seen before, the monumental cathedrals he knew as Imperial ships to be at rest. Such behemoths of iron still managed to be imposing even here, casting vast strips of darkness on the crowds who scurried in their shadows. Countless crates of cargo and humans of every possible origin working about him, a myriad crowd of colors and smells. He scented sweat, oil, ash, gunsmoke, all which would have caused him to wrinkle his nose if such an action were possible. That was just the humans, Torek failed to label the smells coming off of crates of cargo nearby.

Focus, find this dock supervisor first..

The Kroot looked for a higher vantage point with which to scan the crowd.

    Mission Two- Space Port Docks
Mulch stepped off the ship and down into the harbor, there were humans everywhere and the bastards all looked the same, even their Nobs were too similiar for his taste. "Well derez only one way ta figure dis out. " Clearly the answer was to muck about and try finding which man was dressed appropriately and bore the proper me--- "EXCUSE ME! 'UMIES WHICH UN O YAZ BE DA DOCK BOSS?" Hands cupped around his mouth the Ork put his full force into yelling at the crowd of workers.

    Mission Two

The Firewarrior approached the Dark Eldar Razauil. "I suggest to sneak in the Cargo Hold of the desired ship once we have located it. The brutish Orks and the Ogryn most likely will attempt to join the crew, to fight among them is almost suicide and unreliable. I tend to.... Ally with the more smarter ones."
