- Assault Davian Threw his only frag as the group began firing on him. He then turned towards the window and jumped out of it. as he heard the explosion from within. He looked cover as he was trained. He began sprinting towards cover he quickly jumped over some crates and found himself heading towards mulch while he was saying something about hunting. "Hey mulch there's a bunch of humies in the barracks with there boss!" Davian shouted as he went passed the ork he quickly took cover. Davian grunted as he looked at himself he got shot again and in the arm he took out his pack and took out his medkit and began bandaging the wound he would have to be more careful after patching himself up he soon headed towards skullcrushas location. But he made sure to remain in cover. Gm note -1 frag and 1- medkit
OOC: Sorry for the late response, command has been very busy with us lately with everything North Korea has been doing, especially since my next posting is in Seoul. -Hearing faint footsteps from around the corner, Harker paused and readied the small rebar he had "liberated" from his prison. Going flush against the wall and waiting for the person to approach, he boded his time until it was right on top of him and then jumped around the corner screaming- "DROP YOUR WEAPON IF YOU KNOW WHAT.....by the Emperor....it's only you. How the hell did you get in here!?" -Seeing it was only another member of the ships crew, Harker eased down his guard and brought the rebar back down. Looking behind the crew member, Harker eyed the passageway he had come through with suspicion since he knew for a fact nothing could come from the direction he did.-
The humans ran in many different directions, some went for the gate, some for the walls, and two went for the barracks. They ran, however the rain that was customary for this place, turned most of the ground into mud. It proved fatal for one of the guards, as the guy slipped and fell into the dirt, couple of meters in front of Mulch. Sadly, the other guy kept on running and was out of the Greenskin's reach. During one holy moment, the guard began thanking the God-Emperor for deliverance. The moment passed as quickly as it came as the long spear was rammed into his chest. A dark figure stepped out of the barracks, smiling wickedly. "Going somewhere?" it asked as it pushed the guard back and into the mud. "Hey Mulch!" Razauil waved to his teammate, "How's the mulching going?" The Astartes heard the frag exploding behind him, but didn't know if it killed anyone. However, as soon as he reached Mulch, the door to the mansion opened and 4 guys stepped out, one of them was definitely enemy Captain. They saw what happened to the rest of the crew, but it didn't faze them much as they raised their guns, fired and charged at Davian and Mulch, as they were the only thing standing between them and the exit - their salvation. Two of them used lasguns, one had a shock maul and the leader carried a hand cannon paired with a curved sword. Skullcrusha saw what was transpiring, and had a chance to act and like any decent Ork, join the fray! OOC no worries, we have time. The pirates of the "Mortal Vengeance" were reunited once again, as the gunshots from up above became more sporadic. Either the entire team was dead or all the guards were sent to meet the Emperor, they couldn't know, but it was obvious that it was time to leave this basement. Their reverie was interrupted by a cracking sound as a little bit further down the corridor from where the Kroot came, something stirred. A box filled with salty fish fell from the heap as a hidden trap door opened on the ceiling. Ladders came next and a lone figure began descending, carrying a bag filled with some items on his back. Harker on the other hand, could swear that he could notice a familiar looking shock maul strapped on to newcomer's belt...
Torek chuckled at the human Harker, "Sewage system drains out into the lake." He started removing his Kroot knife from it's fixed position on his shotgun, offering the firearm to the man. "How has the life of a prisoner treated you, huma-", the Carnivore dropped into a crouch with his knife at the ready when he heard something begin to move. Seeing a figure climbing down into the basement but failing to recognize him, he looked to Harker with a silent question. Kill or interrogate?
Assault- "GOOD!" He stamped down on the fallen mans head, forcing his screams down into the mud a moment before his skull was shattered. "OIY ITZ DERE BOSS!" Mulch cackled as he swung his Big Choppa out and hacked off the hands of the man with the shock maul, briefly wrapping his arm around his neck to crush it before looking on at the rest of their prey. "GIT DERE SHOOTAS! " And like that he was charging again, stomping his way through the mud slowed him down but it beat trying to run normally and slipping or sliding all over.
Deff'ead had been contemplating whether to use his precious rounds on the door, after all, one shoouldn't waste such good dakka on a trivial matter like a door. But his dilema soon disapeared when a group of enemies came out of the main mansion and started opening fire on his comrades, but said comrades also were in the way of a good shot. "OI, GET OUTA DA WAY OR YA ALL PASTE!" The ork shouted at them before leveling the gun at his target group and letting a another spurt of huge rounds fly towards their target. GM NOTE: -3 ammo again
OOC: THAT BASTARD! HOW DARE HE MOLEST MY WEAPON WITH HIS GRUBBY HANDS! -Seeing the figure obviously fleeing, he quickly gestured that they take up ambush positions to "capture" the target as he attempted to flee and also "liberate" him of any possessions. Not seeing any guards following afterwards, they waited as the figure slowly came closer to them until he was right on top of them. Pushing over the larger crates to block his route temporarily, Harker leapt over the cover he was using screaming with the rebar post raised high to strike down on the figure but was sent flying back as the inevitable happened....a repulser field activated before Harkers blow could land. Sent sprawling backwards unceremoniously, Harker slowly got back up to see that the target was similarly dazed from the shields feedback and he picked up the rebar again in an attempt to continue his assault before the target could regain his composure.- OOC: I'm taking that he would of been shielded since Akragth stated earlier he was "wealthy" and it would make since for him to have some type of personal protection. Suggestion since he would be encumbered is that he has a digi weapon (a small single use or very limited ammunition cosmetic weapon designed to look like a ring or necklace that can fire either a small flamer burst or laser beam when activated by turning the device counter clockwise).
Davian roared as he saw the enemy's captain he knew he couldn't trust that his frag killed all that guards that went into the barracks but he couldn't go check they needed to end this now. He raised his shield as the captain shot his hand cannon at his chest. His shield blocked it. But davian had to worry about the lasfire. He rolled quickly out of the way and into cover away from the barracks and the mansion door behind several crates. he quickly caught his breath as he heard the roar of a autocannon. Good old orks always brining the heat with heavy weapons. he wondered for a moment were the harliequin and the tau were. He ducked as he felt las fire head over his head. he grabbed his autogun and put his mace on his side. as soon as he heard the las fire aiming at the ork he turned his auto gun from burst to FULL AUTO. He took aim and Fired of 9 rounds at the men with las rifles.Davian ducked after firing back into cover GM note 9- autogun rounds
M3 - Assault Team - Never Enough Dakka Skullcrusha noticed the new arrivals into the fray, more armed and armored then the last batch of hired goons that had just been destroyed by the might of the Orks in the team... and that Marine boy too. Analyzing the ever changing situation, he knew that a few shoots at the humies wouldn't do. Deciding that he needed to take care of these humies before the others could get cornered and supressed, the Ork arose into a standing position and slammed his right foot on top of the small wall that he had been using as cover. Now standing in a position were he could see all his adversaries with greater clarity, the Ork aimed down the iron sights of his shoota and quickly set his gun to full dakka. Just as one of his fingers pressed against the rifle's trigger, one of the guards glanced his way and called out to the others with horror in his eyes. But it was too late, as the Ork had already set in motion a barrage of zappy dakka right into the humies ranks. Blast after blast escaped its muzzle, and adrenaline pumped freely through him only to escape his jaws with a ear shattering "WAAAARRRGGGHHH!!!". (GM Note) - 10 Ammunition
OOC The actual leader is outside, fighting the Orks. This guy is one of his officers, who stole your equipment and is trying to make a run for it while his comrades are fighting and dying (everything else is in his bag, even your shield. It is one big motherfucking bag). Digi weapon, I'm not sure since these guys are low lvl criminals, rich here but just shitty overall. But sure, he had an item that shielded him, but now it broke since it was crap anyway. ... The man bought this ring that had a small shield generator long time ago by a shady dealer back on Dreadhaven. Purchasing these type of items without taking a receipt was a risk that he took, being younger and more foolish. Years passed and he never had a chance of using it, his leaders goons always doing the job for him. But now, in this dark basement, he prayed to the Emperor and all other Gods that the ring would work. And it did even more than that. It shielded him from the Harker's attack alright, but its power generator was badly maintained and it was low-grade anyway, so it did one more thing. It overcharged and exploded, taking the guy's hand with it. The man fell, dropping the bag and screaming in pain. Lots of credits fell out from it, couple of items and a uniform, everything looking ordinary to Torek, but quite familiar to Harker... OOC do whatever you wish with him, we are hopefully ending this mission tonight\tomorrow. Davian's rounds managed to hit one of the las-wielding guards, killing the man on the spot. The second shooter was concentrated on the Astartes killing his friend, which made Skullcrusha's job all that easier as the Ork continued his awesome display of ranged power (or perhaps he was just being lucky, only time will tell) and killed the guard with ease. That left the enemy leader as the sole survivor of this massacre. He raised his gun and aimed it at the charging Greenskin, hoping that he will take at least one more guy with him. Alas, Deff shattered those hopes as the autocannon rounds collided with him and completely vaporized his torso. What was left of the Captain shattered all across the courtyard. From the mansion, another group of men came. They looked battered alright, two of them carrying their wounded mate. They were lead by a familiar face. "Oy boys!" Captain Ferrelian waved. "I see you are alright, good! Gimme a hand here, will ya, I'm bleeding here! And where is Harker?" Behind all of them, near the barrack door, stood one dark figure. It gazed across the battlefield with open contempt, obviously not caring much about what transpired there. However, it's eyes shined as it looked back into the barrack's interior. "Resh, thank you for helping me with this vermin," Razauil nodded to the captured human, being pushed outside by his erstwhile kin. "No problem," she responded as she handed the chains to him. The Dark Eldar took it, while casually smacking the human across his face. "Shush now, I'm not done with you," he said while waiting for the inevitable closure... OOC giving time for Cody and Skarboy to post one more time (if they want ofc), and we are off.
