OOC: I take anything that goes pew pew or dakka dakka xD or protects me from such ; in other words: Anything is fine for me as long as it's ranged weapon or armor ; if you still may assign stuff. Though I guess knowing you Akragth you will be just like 'Too late!' xD ~~ Back on Mortal Vengeance ~~ The Tau attached herself to Davian and Razauil. "You two pretty boys won't go on a hunt without me, eh?" She teased them.
OOC if anyone wants to tag along, feel free to do it! "Alright then, since our Captain doesn't have any info on this, let's go down and see what the Information broker has in store for us." Razauil left the briefing room and went to his quarters to get prepared. On his way, he instructed a servitor to supply his captive with water, since food was not required at this time. He got strapped on and went for the docking area. Once both Davian and Shi arrived, they all went into the city. After some time, they eventually arrived at the local Broker. "Fair man," Razauil spoke. "Is there any work for us, lowly scavengers? We are interested in something along these lines: Raiding a warehouse, stealing some loot, taking from the rich and giving it to the poor. You know, the regular stuff?"
After davian went to his room and grabbed his shield and shock maul he headed off with raz and the tau. as they arrived he had his hood and cloak on. he let raz do the talking.
Skullcrusha slammed his own fist into his fellow Ork's shoulder, a broad smile on his face at the thought of fun, mindless violence. "Ya damn right we will! Someonez gonna have ta show 'em what a propa fight looks like!" But suddenly a realization came to him that caused him a moment of pause. "Waitz one moment... do ya think they'd offer some kinda loot for participating? At least to tha winner, I mean?"
After finishing her conversation with her kin, and wishing him and his companions luck in their quest, Resh withdrew to her quarters and rested a while, giving herself the gift of a quick, shallow sleep. It was dreamless, as they had been ever since she left her home. At least they weren't travelling through the immaterial dreamscape right now. Waking up, Resh checked her weapon, now modified to incorporate a deadly blade, and put on her flak vest. She inspected herself - the crude armour was mon-keigh-made, but acceptable for now. After tying up her rebellious hair, the Dark Eldar descended onto the city. She sought out the arena.
~~ Group Raza ~~ "Perhaps we should let the human do the talk... In case Mr. Information Broker is Xenophobic." Shi suggested to Razauil.
The Kroot had never been in a pitfight before, contemplating the potential combat and a monetary reward for winning. Not worth it, when presented by itself. But.. For those who watched him fight and to some degree, his Kindred... That could present an interesting opportunity. He spoke as the majority of the crew went talking amongst themselves. "Captain, I would join in the arena fights." It was time to stow away the sword he'd looted when he first got to Dreadhaven, and bring the shotgun. Unsure of whether the pit fight would allow for firearms, Torek deemed it best to bring that as well as his Kroot knife. OoC: That wisdom tooth surgery has me missing a lot! Will keep posts shorter.
Debriefing -Standing up, his body mostly clean after the quick sonic shower he had taken back on the ship and his gear cleaned and boots shined to parade readiness, he stood up to address the Captain- "Aye, I'll go to the pit fights. Nothing like a good brawl to hammer out the frustrations and who knows, might get lucky and be able to finally order some proper spirits 'round here. Oh and Captain, did you receive the vox from Mr. Cooper, he was to send along some data we managed to salvage from the Hatchets bridge. Might be mostly junk but who knows, they may have the locations of a stash or people we could blackmail for resources....people who wouldn't want to have been associated with a pirate stealing from the Imperial Navy." "I'm sure I'll also have time to scope out the city on my way to the arena to see if there's any side jobs that could pay. The mercantile district is always full of slime heads willing to buy someone off to promote business."
After the debriefing he turned to the greenskin bunch and approached to the one of the pack:"Greenskin Mulch..i have what you asked for...tho i kept it a tad longer considering how much time this last mission took"said Skitarii and opened his half-metallic plam and in it was a small-silver colored data-chip.This is your data matrix, repogrammed of course to be your follower in your more...mechanical endevours.I believed it was for a servitor classified as"Loot".He courtly bowed...not really caring if they understand the gesture or not.
OOC: I'm gonna give this another go now that schools out. Natalya slipped in behind the Dark Eldar, blade at her hip, and waited intently for the reply.
