    Eldar:
Mostly their ordinary suit made from Psi-Active Plastic (or resin, I don't quite remember). Imagine a wetsuit with a bit of plating. If it's damaged, it hardens and forms 'scar tissue' that is supposed to protect from further damage. Think of it like reactive armour.
Aspect Armour differs. Its the same basic concept, but with heavier plating, and less agile. This is 'real' armour, but still, eldarlike, allows for mostly natural movement. Its unknown whether it forms scar tissue, but I think it does.
Heavy Aspect Armour? See above. Instant upgrade, just add more plates.
That's it, I think, unless you count Rune armour which protects due to mystical wards... I don't know how cumbersome it is (but since it's essentially made from wood, I guess it's among the heaviest they have to offer).

That's where my expertise ends, actually. The rest I know is just basic stuff (SM, CSM). Hope I helped.

A little note, though: human-sized servo armour, and even terminator armour are a thing, but they are very, very, very cumbersome.

    Tau:

    Broadside
Stealth Suit (regular, no commando or squad lead)
    Pathfinder armor
    Firewarrior armor

    :p

EDIT: you gonna put also 'civilian' Tau? (Water / Earth) Caste? Or pilots? (Air Caste)

Human armour could be used by almost all races, except for astartes and orks of course and with some modification.

    By human armour I mean
    carapace
"Light" power armour like in dark heresy
    Flak
    Mesh

Orks can loot everyginf, only propah ya git! But yeah for Orks we goooot-

Cybork Body- [Heavily Augmented to the point of being well, a Cyborg. ]
Hides and Furs/Rough vest and trousers- [Feral Ork armor and regular Boy armor respectively. Lowest tier beyond just their skivvies]
Scrap Armor- [Basic in between Hides/Vest and 'Ard Armor]
'Ard Armor- [Makes the Ork look like a giant metal magnet, heaviest non-Mega Armor variant]
Mega Armor- [Best possible protection, comes with movement penalty. In you look at fluff this shit lets Orks survive dead on artillery strikes]

I dunno. I've said the Tau classes aren't final :p

Despite wanting a RP with things beside fighting involved, most of the races don't really have much in the way of non-combatants, Orks and Marines especially. That said, I am considering having pilots/skilled driver in, as well as possible bikers and stuff.

Air Caste only needs one thing anyway:
    XV-2 Air Pilot Suit xDDD

At the minute, only the Chaos and Dark Eldar are pretty much final, which is why they have several more names between the bold ones. The bold names are the unit, the non-bold names are its rank title as it levels up (not necessarily final names). Each race costs roughly the same to go from basic troop, to top level HQ unit (give or take about 5%).

Now, I'm open to adding more classes in to a tier here and there, because that won't change the overall cost of leveling from the lowest to the highest tiers, it just gives more paths to split in to on the way. Remember for each tier you can only take one class, anyway.

The Tau/Kroot and human mercenaries aren't started yet ^^
