I'm not saying any one faction is at fault here. Every faction has a weapon or two that just one shots infantry, and sometimes is splashes enough to one shot multiple infantry. Plasma cannons, Rockets, Reaper Launchers. All of these weapons are ruining the game at the moment. The Lascannon in Alpha was an issue, so they put a tracker on it, why was it an issue? because it just one shot enemy players and was being used as a sniper weapon, well now every faction has a one hit kill shotgun in the form of the various heavy weapons, and I just see it spammed everywhere. This needs to change. Make it do more damage to tanks and less to players. I'd like to be able to actually run out of cover at some point during a match without getting one-shotted. Anyone got any ideas on how to fix this?
It's hard to justify a weapon that can kill tanks but not infantry... I mean... it can kill a tank... infantry isn't as tough as a tank.
The ork rokkit is actually pretty bad at AV I hear. The kannon isn't spammed much eith from what I see. If anything orks seem to spam shoota and slugga with some of the others sprinkled in.
The Reaper Launcher has 2 modes, starswarm for anti infantry and star shot for anti vehicle. Which mode are you talking about lol they function completely differently.
~140 torso => 280 head(which is kinda easy to hit, surprisingly. Depending on distance, of course). I am not sure of exact RoF values. Previous patch it could fire as fast as PG despite slower actual stats, and i dunno whether it was fixed or not.
