Unless the price specifically states that it is exclusive of GST it is automatically deemed to include the GST. Goods purchased outside of Australia that have a total value of less than 1,000AUD do not attract GST. While we both know very well that this game is worth FAR more than 1,000AUD the Federal government doesn't understand the pure awesome that is Eternal Crusade so we are all good .
Why not just make a Paypal account? Just link your card to it, and it should be fine (unless for some reason your bank/card doesn't allow Paypal use).
You don't need a paypal account to pay via paypal, there's an option to pay WITHOUT an account which is what I did.
Well the Black Library lore contradicts himself a lot so there is always going to be lore issues. If you want people worried about lore you can check the eldar forum and the disscusion about exarchs.
I am so digusted by behavior....
