To keep the Eldar board alive and fight those Mon'keigh and their greater numbers; What Warlock powers are you most looking forward to having included in the game? 1. Immolate. Let the Galaxy Burn. 2. Protect/Weaken 3. Conceal How about the rest of you, what psyker powers will show your dominance with?
What psychic powers you would like to see in the game. I would have chosen Mindwar but there is just soo many of them needing to be brain blasted that it is much more efficient to just burn them all at the same time. And I mean it's super psychic flame, what's not to like.
as long as I get a chance to have both a single target directed attack (fry Player A but not his mate next to him) and a AOE blast/template type attack (blast Player A and his 2 mates next to him) I'll be a happy Warlock, debuffs arnt my thing, I'd rather have a ranged weapon equivilant power (click/charge and fire......even if its only as powerful as a pistol/hand flamer)
Ya I definitely agree with that, even though I want to burn everyone it would be nice to have the option to toggle between single target and aoe power as not to burn my brethren, as they've already seen and felt lifetimes of pain.
I really do hope Warlocks are very light on the Support side. Or that you can specialize in what you want. Because it looks like most Eldar players want Warlocks with destructive Powers / Singingspear wielding Melee fighters, with slight support/debuff powers. I don't know how exactly the debuffs will look, but I can't see how they will make them statisfying. Maybe they can pull it off.
So... Runes of Battle (Warlocks) Conceal/Reveal Destructor/Renewer Embolden/Horrify Enhance/Drain Protect/Jinx Quicken Restrain Empower/Enervate Runes of Fate (Farseer) Guide Executioner Doom Eldritch Storm Death Mission Fortune Mind War Are these still correct?
Copy&Paste from a conversation on other thread, talking about how warlocks are supposed to be the offensive psykers and they will be used as supports. What do you guys think about the last part? would you like the choice of a more offensive warlock restricted by cooldown on his spells and kind of mediocre at melee range?
I would be all for that. I see it just like DoW2 where the sword, spear and staff all had their strengths and weakness, letting you choose. Though I think you should be able to spec for full support of offense without the handicap they mentioned. And if offensive psyker with staff then they would need an improved warp charge regen or capacity to allow them to psyker more sinse they will be melee'ing less.
