True they don't use the winds of magic but the Waaagh is just as if not more volatile if a shaman is not careful they can turn into a squig or explode seriously thats just how Orcs are in every form of warhammer. And now that I think of it he wont have much power since he's not with an orc horde he would have some power but nothing amazing.
