    I'd love to see something for him but i doubt it would be anything totally "unique" as in only he can use it. I got some flavor text with the ork's white pants so he can definitely be hinted at somehow in the game.

    Its possible. I mean just look at Warcraft for example. How they made that one red shirt fan into a NPC and of course Leeroy Jenkins. I'd Thrakka could make for more worthy Warboss.
