Nah the next major update is more masculine eldar so that their males look less female and more like males instead of looking like less endowed females not that there is much of a difference for them oh and i hear chaos are getting more nurgle aids due to how much khorne flakes they were forced to eat by Tzeentch while Slaanesh did their rear..

And the team/people responsible for cosmetics have little to do with the problem described in the OP no?

We had someone almost get kicked during loading last night, spent 2 min ingame and we were in a warparty but he didn't load in.

Yes ,but that is still 5+ minutes away from a complete game.

Most of time for me at least when I join a match like that and finish it Almost always I join a non started game rather than one that has begun. "Mostly"
