Your source probably got confused between Founders Access and Launch. Launch is a loooooooong time away

Which I assume is when the Eldar, Orks, Elites and Heroes will be added to be tested. - Weeks/Months later Open Beta starts, so that the game can be tested by a large amount of players. - A few weeks later, Terminators and Bikes are most likely added in the first "Free Expansion". Personally I wish Terminators were added in Founders Beta, as they will have a big impact on the balance of the game and will need to be heavily tested first. - Free-to-Waaagh! starts sometime after Open Beta Launch, most likely when the player numbers start dwindling or the Ork players amount of crying from being heavily underpopped reaches critical mass. - Around 1-2 years later the Official Launch of the mostly feature-complete Open World version of the game starts. http://forum.eternalcrusade.com/thr...that-be-can-deliver.46160/page-25#post-792694 Character Progression is supposed to be mostly "Sidegrades" which make your character more versatile. Right, I don't expect them for the summer founder access but I haven't heard them not being at "Launch."

Some anti-shill (reverse shill?) On 4chan spread a rumor, and when asked to link to source he either didn't respond, or he told people to vaguely google it. Its not true, launch is about a year from now, and from what we've heard, they're showing us stuff for xenos later this month or early next month, though we migh/ probably wont be getting orks/eldar at founders access.
Orks and Eldar are totally planned for launch. They just won't be in the founder's access, not immediately at least.
I kinda wish they had scrapped the old plan fully instead of this muddling of things. Would be nice to moba it up abit and let us fight with whatever race and class in these 100vs100 fights they hopefully bring out someday. Essentially go all out or dont waste time with standard performance since that wont cut it these days in this market.
Like its been said Orks and Eldar will be in at launch unless something drastic changes. At first founders access will only be CSM and SM fighting, we will see the other two races later. Closing this as the question has been answered.
