The first campaign I didn't complete 10 games with any faction due to extreme lag. So not too great really from my point of view.

Are you talking about the recent campaign then you might want to check .inl files to see if steam update for VC+++ redist 2015 (I think) got updated, steam did a update on its system for that and EC said that if it didn't get updated correctly you would get a lot of lag or fps drop due to it. (When you log into EC it says that at the bottom)

I've updated, uninstalled/reinstalled everything. The game just runs like a sack of spuds now since 1.3. It's just constant rubber banding.

Balance is bad. I hit people in melee and it does no damage too often, supports die way to fast forcing them to just hide in corners. Eldar can't attack into points held by guilds no matter how much teamwork is thrown at it. Melta is super strong again, bolters beat everything.

I quit playing after one or two matches if I try to make something work because nothing is enjoyable anymore on any faction. I don't feel like my loadouts have impact I don't feel like it's fun at all.
