I truly believe that the different chapters only base their cultural style on these various nationalities and would not actually sound like them. The reason I say this is that firstly, many Second Founding chapters such as the Crimson Fists (Spanish)are actually derived from chapters with a completely different culture base (Prussian Imperial Fists) but this split was made on the basis of their attitude to war, not their culture or their origins. Therefore both fist regiments would theoretically sound the same. My second point is that the unification of Terra had long ago eliminated national differences to the extent that the books regularly refer to a 'Terran accent" as if the whole planet, or at least the class of people from Terra who fight in the Guard or Astartes all speak roughly the same way, further eliminating the probability of national accents from the 21st Century. My third point was already made earlier; the fact that almost everyone regardless of culture sounds like they are from the UK. In conclusion, just because the Space Wolves are Nordic (and they are undeniably Nordic), they won't actually sound Nordic. They are more likely to have a UK accent when speaking Low Gothic just because that is a dominant theme of the Warhammer 40k universe, even if they have their own Nordic language which they speak at home. Though all argument on dialect is moot anyway. Low Gothic is only represented as English for our own comprehension. I read somewhere that Low Gothic is actually a standardised language which is an amalgamation of world dialects all brought into one single form of language over the course of 38 milliennia that would be incomprehensible in the 20th Century.
Think when a russian speaks in perfect grammar english. You would still now that he is not a native speaker. And similar to that in 40k that differences exists. People from different planets will speak the same language(high/low gothic) but some will have a heavy dialect etc, also people from different planets in 40k tends to use their own swearing words etc. (tanith people for instance)
almost all the space marine of the crimson fist have spanis name: Chief Librarian Eustace Mendoza Captain Esteban de Dominova Forgemaster Javier Adon Captain Alessio Cortez high gotich it' a sorta of psedo latin. low gotich a pseudo english (because gw is britannic). war 40 k it still a parody of modern age in SPACEEEE. there is a lot of black humor, grim humor. and all is over the top and make no logical sense. there is violence but not "true violence"
