Current ork vehicles feel very lacking. Had a few ideas at lunch today thought I'd throw them out. Trukks need to trade in the spike front for a dozer/cow catcher ram front. Extend the vehicle out further in the middle while shrinking the sides so it doesn't catch on environmental obstacles so much. Second give a significantly reduced damage for ramming things and have it do the most dmg of any vehicle for ramming. Ork vehicles also need full speed reverse and a faster acceleration from stationary. Gunwagons, same acceleration change as trukks. Replace the rapid fire auto kannon which is just a nerfed pred cannon gun with a much slower firing heavy splash shell. Splash does less to vehicles while direct hit does major damage. Kinda like a lesser oranance but without the charge timer just a 1 or 1.5 second overheat/reload with instant fire on shot. Maybe make the fire arc similar to the kannon deffgun. The sponson bigshootas either need larger firing arcs or to do more dmg per hit. Atm they are just way too limited. I also wouldnt mind having less armor on vehicles but instant respawns on blown up vehicles. More things could be used against trukks but we would get more trukks overall. This would go a long way towards negating the whole meltas prevent orks from actually playing problem.
Well wiv da next big patch we'z supposed ta be able to get different loadouts when we make a tank so dat's a plus at least. DEFINITELY like dat rammin' idea d'oh!
i just want them to be open topped so we can fire out of it, course, they could also fire IN, but it wudd be stoopidly awsome to drive a trukk full tilt with nine loota's in the back shooting wildly everywhere.
