It could be nice to have a XP bar in the advancements tree page. I also would want to have grey symbols instead of lock icon upon it. Because without it, you can see the icon and you will know better your advancements tree, but with it, you only see locks everywhere.
Hi, just quick ideas about menus. ----I was wondering if we can have a horizontal icons style menu (down the player). That will save a lot of space in the screen. --- I would want to see loadouts as we see characters actually. ---Also the advancements tree needs a bigger zoom. Also bigger icons. ---Maybe you can show the info in a tab in the bottom of the screen instead in one side. ---Chat could be placed in the left corner. Because if there is a chat spam in a small screen or low res you can see nothing except letters.
One thing that is also badly needed @Vlordak_The_Mighty , is UI icons for what buff is on you. Not the passive banner buffs, but like, actual active buffs. One good example is how for example the Nurgle heal which is supposed to give a damage mitigation to allies in no way indicated that anything is being done damage mitigation wise, everyone just glows purple from the healing. Honestly i can bet the majority of the people who play dont even know it gives a damage mitigation buff (ive certainly run into more then enough people ingame that didnt). Perhaps adding a shield icon or something similar above your health/shield bar to represent that you are being given damage mitigation, and perhaps a few healing crosses in one icon to represent when you are under the effects of a HoT (heal over time).
I don't have time to go through all these pages and try and use bad forum search functions, so if its already been answered then great. If not... PLZ stop making the screen shake so much, reduce the flare and cover of all UI flashes when something happens. Its fine for guns that cause effects like say suppression or Swooping Hawks sun gun, but for the love of god when you get hit by melee, ranged, explosives, spells, etc, there's just so much light on the screen. Screen is flashing too much, I can't see what's going on or what I'm shooting at. Its been a problem forever. I don't know if "screen shake" fits in this department but definitely make sure the rest of the team understands that the end user experience when interacting with the UI in general while in combat is abysmal... And its been this way for a long time. Plz reduce the screen effects/overlays on the UI sometime this next month. Its unbearable.
please fix the no exp bug, i barely can level my Charakter. 4 matches 3 without exp, if this is still in the release version, this game gets ripped apart from reviews :/
*Display player level on the advancement page *Make the advancement system of point allocation more transparent. An upgrade will say it costs one amount of points and then charge another. *Chests should give several items *There should also be a chance to find items at the end of a match, with a small chance to find a rare item. *Traversal of the environment needs to be improved. Vaulting should be more consistent, and little rocks shouldn't stop you in your tracks. *Players should sort of slide past eachother if they run into eachother. As it stands, people get in eachother's way a lot. *Some ledges allow you to aim over them with a heavy bolter, others don't. Some allow you to aim up and down, others don't let you aim down. Make them more consistent. Make more of them the kind where you can aim in all directions.
This is actually a good behaviour, makes you think where youre going and allows melee players to bodyblock narrow passages and stuff, so current system is fine. Is compass UI ready?
Compass UI assets are ready, but there was no time to get them integrated before launch. However, it will come soon after.
-We need to see the item slot (wargear 1 or 2, trinkets and standard) in the data section of the items. It could help new players to know where they put advancements points in. -Also a way to reset advancements even if it delete unlocked items. Only fools never change their minds.
