Except i doubt it will be the same files. I imagine the professional animators at BH will re-do the anims on whatever they use so they can be put in game.

Simply showing them an animation that they then copy and re-do themselves is not the same thing as giving them an animation file that they then put into the game.

So far i have only played with 3dsmax and done a tiny bit of modelling in Mudbox. Never done too much with animation apart from basic things. I wouldn't mind giving it a go. I have a Bachelor in Game Design so it would be fun to try my hand at something new.

Ive played enough Mortal Kombat, Warhammer games, Gears of War ect to have a good few ideas for execution moves in mind.

Asset wise, a basic humanoid looking model which is rigged would be what i need as im not good at modelling characters.

Also whilst on the subject, i have done extensive Alpha/Beta testing in the past on various games / projects so i wouldnt mind helping out with some testing if you ever look to the community for some extra hands. Again i have a degree in game design so i would be able to provide relevant and useful feedback.

Also as an added idea, it would be cool if the community could send in video recordings of them roll playing an execution move they had in mind. I think people would get a kick out of coming up with an idea and having the chance of it maybe being implemented in game as an actual animation.

Would be fun to see all the different ideas people have in mind and allow them to get an idea as to whether or not that idea feels like it could actually be possible to pull off.

They could do it with a friend and/or some props to make it more fun again.

@Eversor they talked about that in the Stream, and said that they thought about it. But then they came to the conclusion that it would feel wrong to tell you to "kill somebody bruttaly" (not quotation marks) on video. But they will probably use that concept for less brutal emotes.

My question is executions limited to melee only classes or will all classes be able to perform them?

My mistake, was just trying to get a few ideas flowing before the contest began. Wasn't sure if it was melee only executions since thats all I've seen in the live stream, thanks for answering as well.
