It is ONLY this game that makes problems, no other! Hell i could play Batman Arkham Knight without problems! This game runs worth that Batman Arkham Knight on release on PC. Ok i compare SP vs MP but just to show the dimension.
I wouldn't say that. I couldn't in good conscious recommend the game in it's current state to anyone. I don't fault him at all for making that decision. To be honest if I wasn't a 40k fan I would have made the same call but since I am I want this game to succeed. However the love for the universe won't stop me from being critical or voicing concerns. I'd rather be an optimist than a pessimist but I calls em like I sees em.
I may have missed the mark on sarcasm there. I'm basically saying its a stupid decision if that random poster is right about testing server capabilities without calling it a stress test for people to anticipate shitty performance.
I dunno why Italy and Spain are in the same vote option, but when I play since the last patch (I'm from Italy) lag is really terrible. Edit: my latency is at most 70ms or so
I constantly have 59 ms and I'm west coast Canada. There are times when they stress test and do sneaky back end stuff on the servers and that's when everyone teleports around. However normally there is about a 2-3 second delay for all actions in the game. Like when you die or get shot after you turn a corner and see bullets from a Heavy Bolter still following you through the wall. That's the server delay and net code. Its really noticeable in this game and I'm hoping they have better servers lined up for launch cuz its not looking good. Makes melee a huge mess.
Nathan last night (literally in the middle of our Q&A) was talking to tech people about getting more servers up and running and changing cores from each server. It was originally set at i think 4 max matches per server and now there will be less while each PvE match will have their own core now. Hope i got all that right..
Sad that at your pool you didnt put south america Still, back to the topic, I am at Brazil, my ping is usually around 60-80ms but it feels like its way higher. The game was fine until the patch with the space wolves, after that I started seeing lag issues.
Pray that this weekend brings better servers with better server response times. Its unbearable to play a shooter with such bad delays when shooting or taking cover. Again, that's why everyone is feeling like 1 bullet is killing them when in fact its a lot more just current server is slow to update. So we'll see what happens this weekend. =.=
Since the latest patch.. the game has become totally unplayable.... Prior to the patch the game was running as smooth as a babies bottom..
