No problems witb bio, the more interesting bio your character has the better, his motivation would be deeper and stronger in intensity. And yes, you're allowed to pick up additional war gear as time goes on, primary and secondary weapons are just what your character always has with him (combat knife for space marines included, of course). i.e. war gear that you can use immediately in any battle without resupplying at some base. Yes, definitely, a veteran is fine - basically Tandreus himself is captain of 1st Company, i.e. elite of elites, he was on the Alpha Legion's battle barge that attacked Lord Commander Namatjira's fleet nearly 10 000 years ago when Alpharius met with the Cabal (Dan Abnett's "Legion" novel)
Well, looks like we have players for necrons, Chaos and Imperium - that's very good But we need Aspect Warriors as well at Jain Zar's side - I hope someone will play for Aspect Warriors. If no one is interested with the Eldar, I'll make a little group of banshees-NPCs accompanying Storm of Silence, yet I would strongly prefer someone playing for the Eldar. And, more important, Dark Eldar - noxious schemers and plotters, deceivers and murderers - they will be more than equal in cunning to the Alpha Legion's plotting. Dont you want to take mantle of an ambitious archon, someone like Nyos Yllithian?
Btw, in the "Void Stalker" novel Jain Zar is described as incredibly tall, equal in height to Night Lords' Terminators - as far as I know, this is about 8,5"", i.e. almost 2.9 meters tall, so your picture may be accurate only in case of an ordinary eldar warrior

About 10 feet tall, although there are no precise established stature standards. Personally I prefer to think of an average eldar stature being about 7,4 feet and about 8,5 feet for Phoenix Lords because they are supposed to look impressive and majestic, however their height can vary depending on which eldar gives his/her body for the Phoenix Lord's spirit

So she starts praticing her music and her Chronomantic abillities for another thousands years to have mastered the works of Chronomancy and unlocked a way to travel back in time. For even Necrons can get bored. She still remain a sceptical and loyal subject. And reunited with her Phaeron Zcee nook she "enjoys" the company of other necrons instead of the total isolation she has suffered from... Even though she at times might regret it. On top of that they have a force feild generated around them to keep them from melting themself over extensive uses of the flamer weapons build into the palms of the gaunlets. The gaunlets force feilds does also can be detonated as a powerfists. Secondary Weapon: Blasters of Extermination: a long distance of the gaunlets that can be focused into gun like adaptations of the hands and give a short distance of exsensive fire power. The force feild is prone to failing more often in this form and Over heat easily. Personality: Zcee nook: A charismatic Overlord with the mentallity of a war veteran but deep inside he was transfered as a young child and some part of his mind still remain a bit childish. Being a Necron he acts accordingly when surrounded by his subjects. He has a strong sense of hounor amongst his own people but he cares very little for the insults and should a mortal manage to finally get to him He will make sure that the punishment often will be nothing short of spectacular.
