Nah, Okantakht is just mildly confused and knows that you won't be very useful when you are playing cat and mouse with the Overlord (Nurrahk is the Phaeron). And when he doesn't see you as useful, why would he need you on his ship. But he is pretty chill. And don't let an Eldar convince you! Let me have a closer look!

Well with a scan Victus could easily tell they were lying by the fact their geneseed would likely either: * Not match that of the Chapter they claim to be. *be unforgivably tainted. *both of the above. The only problem is... well, I just regret the Scout Armour already. I kinda hope I can swap it out for MK VI Power Armour before anything actually happens considering I haven't physically described my character yet and the MK VI is still decent for stealth. Dx
Yes, you still can swap your armour out. And yes, it's only common men that Alpha Legion can deceive by pretending to be someone else rather than who they actually are - despite their ability to make almost flawless surgical changes to their faces to look the same, they cant hide their geneseed's code, only haemonculi have such incredible level of technology so there will be no need for Tandreus's warriors to hide their identities - after all, they know every single individual aboard the Sword of Orion and their biographies, they wouldnt attack a vessel for communication purposes without studying their enemies thoroughly
And for the imperials - if you're going for a briefing, remember of the Navigator's warning about another vessel emerged from a warp gate - although you dont know that Pandemius station is destroyed, you know that another imperial ship is heading towards you
