Could I change it slightly so that you came across my world while I was purging it and you aided me. In return for some artifacts I promised to help you with your problems (supplying you with warriors etc, maybe also a base). Centuries later we could learn of a infected tomb world and the quest to find a possible cure. (This bit we can tweak when needed)
Yes, that sounds good. Even though my char had probably restored the strenght of his dynasty to a certain extent by assimilating/subjugating other minor dynastys or simply stealing-(cough)I mean "reclaiming" their subjects while they were sleeping at this point, he would still have a need to replenish his manpower. And Okantakht has a thing for alliances (as long as the Phaeron isn't batshit crazy)

I was not proposing something as...drastic...as a change of allegiance, no, more something like........a healthy trade. Your professional service on this trip in exchange for....lets say... some useful information......updated star-charts..if you understand?
I suppose such a deal is acceptable though I will also require a ship after this is all set and done.
