Its very unlikely we will get traits before termis and TEC and Iyanden trait could that players can field more wraithguards then any other craftworld(since these will be limited to only X per match per player or some similar limit)
Pretty easy if you ask me: Eldarwide we're still missing battle focus, bladestorm, and hatred towards MoSlaanesh Iyanden: At launch: Path of Strategy: Autarchs are cheaper to spawn and players either gain a passive bonous to the rate at which they earn tokens, allowing them the economy spawn heros and elites more often over the course of a campaign. Commander trait: Ambush of Blades for 5 seconds, every enemy on the map is marked with a weaker Jinx that increases all damage to the target by 25%. Post Launch: Wraithguard. Obviously. And the other two abilities stay, making their wraithgaurd more affordable and more terrifying with an Ilyanden commander. Biel-Tan: Personal - All loadout costs are reduced by a small percentage, allowing for additional combos of equipment not allowed by other subfactions. They also gain an additional advancement point every 5 levels, allowing them to advance quicker and further into Exarch status and then be able to kit them out. Commander: The Swordwind: For 10 seconds the Biel-Tan commander can increase the rate of fire of Shuriken weapons in the field by 75% Post Launch: Exarchs get even more love and possibly even a bonus if they group together into the Court of The Young King. Ulthewe Personal: Warlocks and Farseers are cheaper and easier to advance and equip. They have a slightly larger pool. Their powers are slightly stronger when used on Avengers. Commander: Farsight - Activate in battle to reduce all incoming damage by 25% Activate while in the Strategic Layer to see more details about a potential battle than any other race/subfaction. Post Launch: The Ulthewe can see the exact numbers and the tags of potential enemies in future fights. They will guide their faction to victory by being able to steer the Eldar into fights that matter most. Saim-Hann Personal - All equipment for vehicles is free. Vehicle upgrades are much cheaper and spawning them is faster and cheaper. Boosting while in a Saim-Hann vehicle is faster than other grav tanks. Commander: The Wild Host: All friendly vehicles gain 30 second speed, damage, RoF, and armor boost. Post Launch: The duration is increased to 90 seconds. Altansar Personal: The Broken Chain: Altansar characters are resistant to stun and stagger and highly resistant to psychic debuffs (like warp instability) and powers. In addition, all sight filters are free (smoke, night vision, heat, ect.). Commander: When activated no Eldar can be stunned, staggered, or otherwise disabled by anything for 30 seconds. Post Launch: Scions of Maugan Ra: They gain access to weapons similar to the Maugetar, and the Shrieker Disks that are normally available to Death Jesters.
