Hmmmm . . . I wonder if there are any balance updates on UAT right now . . . / My bet is due to the massive influx of people they've got some clear stats on exactly how broken the bolter in particular is and has been for years. And that they are currently working on . . . - properly - . . . rectifying the situation.
1)No animator on the team 2)Need a modeler for new armor models, cosmetics are being done. 3)Mods for weapons require a lot of balancing and testing, which translates to a lot of time and resources. If the team was bigger then np, but we got only 2 guys. The devs are doing the best they can with the situation they were handed.
