KEEP THINGS ON THE FREAKING TOPIC OR DON'T POST IT IN THIS THREAD, go make a new thread. The build isn't about faction balance and which is strongest or weakest, it's about the new map and changes to 2 bolt-weapons, 1 spell and a grenade. @Asheru you should have been removing and stopping this nonsense pretty hastily
Just revert the Bolter changes and go back to Heavy Barrel/Stabilizing Grip. These changes hurt the game balance a lot way more than it does to help/fix it. I can get used to these Bolter changes no problem, but that doesn't mean they are good changes. I agree with the current iteration of strafing = blooms out the crosshair a lot, but it's still too big of spread even with Textured on and hipfire is still currently useless. I've said in my previous post in here why that shouldn't be implemented, and it needs to be able to be usable at close to midrange and maintain an upper chest level accuracy for the first several shots because of how often CQC fights happen in this game. Or just go back to old school Heavy Barrel/Stabilizing Grip and remove CQC Barrel (pointless DPS increase) and we'll be good.
Off-topic reply but this is just too stupid. If you think BLOP "relies massively on zergy alpha strike", you haven't the slightest clue about what BLOP actually does in GvGs when coordinating in voip lol. Should probably not assume so much without knowing what you're talking about.
Of Course i don't have no idea about faction balance, why? Because i don't cry, i've make people to cry by smashing his face to the ground with power of my unholy fist. Because this is a only one true way to be noticed by OUR Gods!
I guess when you are part of a guild where half the team flies around as a passive shitter hawk getting 1 kill per year, a couple of players attacking a point could seem like a zerg
All the self-proclaimed and touted as "pro" players being in uproar about the Bolter-change actually justifies the changes put in play by @Pierrick Exactly the group that would be only picking the items that are "the meta" will be an indication of it's level of need for or necessity for nerfing by how they react to changes. Sure, I don't necessarily want a Bolter that is harder to use in comparison to the one on live, but it's a worth-while sacrifice if it ultimately leads to meta-breaking and can be used to throw off the go-to loadouts that keep new players from enjoying the game when they encounter folks being so "meta-tryhard" in an attempt to fluff their own ego and K/D.... that they drive away new players that may be Warhammer 40k fans that have never played the game before but like the IP. Yet again, I'm gonna reserve judgement on the changes until there's more context to the full picture @Pierrick intends. Though there's probably lots more coming down the line, so maybe everything else gets nerfed as well putting the bolter at the top of the pile post nerf-wave
