The Fenris Pattern Power Axe is not supposed to be restricted to Space Wolves, it has been usable on all chapters since it was originally added.
Aaaand there goes any prestige and unique feeling of relic weapons, unless its going to be number limited sale. At least new shuri cannon shots look great, so credit is where credit due.

You do not seem to fully realize what relic weapons are. Hint: They are not RTC weapons that were missing on release.
@jbregg Question of curiosity: Would it be possible to get the "appearance" customization expanded on a tad, to separate left-right choosing for both legs and vambrace/hands, in the same sense that it is for shoulders? Or is it too hard to do? Because it would surely free up more unique player-driven personalization of ones character. Like how the orks have left-right differing legs, but you'd have to buy the specific one that has the combo of what you want, to be able to get a peg-leg on one side and a metal-covered boot on the other. But if there was a separated one for it, you could merely go and get only the peg-leg first, and combine it with whatever you desired on the other one (outside of another peg-leg obviously lol, or maybe not.. that might be funny). Also, applying this to the other factions as well would be nice too. I'd love to (for instance) have the hazard striped leg on one side, and a mk.5 on the other, or whenever the time comes via the workshop, being able to have stripes on one side and bionics on the other, or maybe bionic hand on one side and mk.4 vambrace on the other etc.
I never understood this. Exclusive this, unique that. If someone had it and only they were allowed to equip it within a guild or something then I might understand where people are coming from but honestly, it's the same as a regular weapon. How much e-peen can you really get from it?
