I think it's pretty rad, but still needs a wrapped handle or wooden handle (yes I know, nurgle raptor is a joke, and it still amazes me that the insane fuel-penalty hasn't been changed yet). Something like this, with the handle of litany of wrath, would make it look perfect. Needs that "rustic" look to it, or at least the rusty type of texture used on the venerable bolt gun on the handle of it. If I got handed the assets, I could assemble it in no-time

Not really, as it's already master-crafted in pricing (currently on UAT, as always everything is subject to change). For 340 it better be worth 340 as it's gonna be the last line of defense for a sorc, and it's also gonna be mark-restricted, so that limits your accessibility to other means of warp-charge increasing. Evil Eye Pendant is not a very common sight for nurg sorcs as you've probably noticed. You mostly either need survival stats, or an additional stam-charge. Even the warpthirst axe is 270

Okay, you got point here. On the other Hand, the Sorc-Variant should also have lower stats, it would be quite devastating if you could put Force on top of it too :/
