Honestly this is just getiing stupid... no patch notes again until well after the patch is out. If they cannot even manage to do this simple task how on earth are they expected to maintain and update the game reliably with content. Unless they have zero contact between each other and do not test the patches at all then there is absolutely no reason to not give patch notes.
Realistically, going downwards on non master crafted makes sense, I dont think anyone was looking for master crafted weapons to lower ttk any further

No, you talked about eldar weapons having unlimited ammunition etc etc in lore. I told you not to bring lore into it because Space Marine weapons by lore are insane compared to their in-game counterparts.
