All the things! Though I always found the Lictor to be awesome. My favorite depiction of one plus a Warrior and a derpy looking gaunt. - Tyranids: Lictor and Prime by jubjubjedi @DA. Venomthrope would be cool too. This one in particular would deal out bad days from range and close up. Downright terrifying too. art by JonSullivan. The executions would be crazy with this thing (assuming Tyranids can execute us and of course we can execute them). I can think of a few similar to Dead Space deaths, such as the Infector death & kill animations when it grabs you. Perhaps even coop executions? Multiple players rip off it's stabby bits then skewer it's body with them?
I suggest 3 kinds of Tyranid-events. Small incursion: 3 Lictors (tough, very dangerous, invisible on map) Medium incursion: 20+ Genestealers Big incursion: - Termagaunts and Hormagaunts for the masses - Tyranid Warriors for the Hive Mind - Tyrannofex as battle-tank I think, underground units like Raveners, Trygons and Mawlocs are a bit too comlicated to be implemented right-away. And the rest can come with later expansions.
Really hoping their model gets some more work done. No complaints on the body but the face, especially the maw, looks derpy. Compared to something badass as this:
similar case with daemon engines I DO NOT expect everything given to us right away. Though lictors be good in making people panic.
