Question 1 : Could we get specific barks for tanks? I find myself in real need of a "Get in the tank you bastard!" and such.
Yeah remember that, and actually bought it. But to me that looks much more like daemonic armour. What I would like is some of the more iconic armours that you see cult units use. Like speakers on the armour, for slaanesh, gas mask looking helmets and stuff for nurgle and so on.
Want this game to survive longer in its current state? Add F2P... at least some form of it. You people are asking 50$ for a product that's still undergoing development, imbalance issues, and overall enthusiasm to keep playing is low. I really like the core of this game, I really do, but I cant help but feel like we're getting to that make or break point where if we don't do something to get people back and stuck to it, this game is going to go back to 200 people on average. Its already decreased by 100 or so over the past week, and the only times where a very good amount of people get on is on Friday night and over the weekend. I'm not trying to sound like an ass nugget here, but for gods sake, we cant ignore the health of this game...
community is also part of health f2p community is very unhealthy Hackers, bots, welcome to the joy of free accounts. Combined with the story most f2p games tell : ------------------F2p only --------------- 1st the have only cosmetics (already in ^^) --------------- small p2w ---------------- 2nd they add a xp buff (confirmed on screenshots of the premium bug) 3rd some weapons WITH special stats (does AC count ?) 4th lottery chests buyable with RTC -------------------- p2w------------------- 5th OP weapons 6th RTC ammo dealing more damage (world of tanks i am looking at you)
Would you rather just keep selling the damn thing at 50$ then? People already have their jimmies up because of that factor alone. That and the poor reviews scare people away... I'm not saying F2P is the best option, its just a very open option to get pop back. I just don't want to go back to the dark ages we're you had to wait 30 minutes just for a single game cause the population was so low. I know there's still fairly atrocious waiting times now but they're more or less effected by some circumstances regarding how many people are playing what. (That factor alone kinda contributes as to why I really hate it when people keep begging for Necrons, Guards, Dark Eldar, Chaos Renegades. The concept of having them as bots or minions sounds pretty optimistic to me but it would strain the pop like no other... But eh, that's another subject.)
Free to Waaagh! (But not) Hmm? This will be interesting. I've heard about this before being planned for launch because Orks are strength in numbers.
