    A: Yup.

    A: We don't have a final number, there there will be a small number. They are players and can join the battle as a Warlord.

    VQ: [48:31] Will there be NPC quest-givers? Will there be flyers and how can they be countered? Will there be deep-striking drop-pods? Will there be infiltration/stealth and how will Scout-armor work? How will you handle armor decorations? Can we have armor battle damage and dust/dirt?
    A: We don't want to add distractions with NPCs. After we add flyers, we will consider things like missile-launchers. As we make the game more open-world, we will add drop-pods but there will be limitations. We have Striking Scorpions that won't be invisible but you won't see them from a distance. We are sticking to the brand, so we will have control over decorations.

    A: Yes.

    A: We always keep performance in mind.

    Q: [7:05] Do capture points move after battle?
    A: They are mostly fixed at the moment, but we are testing and investigating.

    Q: [36:34] How will the Auto-Cannon differ from the Heavy Bolter?
    A: The Auto-Cannon will be used by Chaos.

    Q: [38:07] Are requisition points permanent?
    A: You have a currency to spawn Elites and Heroes, but vehicles use faction resources that the Warlords manage.

    Q: [39:39] How will two factions be able to fight on the same side over a base?
    A: We are looking into it.

    Q: [40:34] What will the differences between the Lascannong and the Melta Gun be?
    A: The Lascannon has a really long range while the Melta Gun has a short range.

    Q: [41:53] How will you make players use the Stalker Bolter to snipe with, more than the Lascannon?
    A: We are constantly changing the Lascannon to make it be a bad choice to use against infantry. We are also changing the Stalker Bolter to make it more lethal.

    Q: [43:30] Can we disable the grenade trajectories?
    A: We added an "insta-throw" that does not use the trajectories. Holding down the throw-grenade button shows the trajectory.

    Q: [45:41] Can we loot dead bodies for ammo?
    A: The different factions don't use the same ammo. We might look into Orkz being able to do that, but for now there are just ammo crates and consumable devices.

    Q: [47:46] How much experience does the team have with shooters?
    A: We played a lot of shooters.

    Q: [49:49] Will we be able to attract the Tyranids to specific locations?
    A: You can't make them go to a spot, no. You can however take advantage of a base that is fighting the Tyranids.

    A: They are still here.

    Q: [53:14] Why did Brent cut his hair?
    A: Didn't really intend to have long hair.

    Q: [54:09] Does range of targets increase or decrease the suppression effect?
    A: Not at the moment. We do have plans to increase the suppression versus scopes.

    A: Somewhere between founder's access and Founder's beta we will stop selling founders packs.

    Q: [56:58] Does headshots from sniper rifles do insta-kills?
    A: No, but they do 3x damage at the moment. We might never make them insta-kill targets, unless you are using the Lascannon.

    A: We are in the process of adjusting the jump packs.

    A: Not at the moment.

    A: We are doing a lot of things.

    A: Yes, but not for launch.

    A: We just added something similar.

    A: Four.

    A: Yes and yes. The actual leaders will probably only be playable by the dev-team.

    A: You can spec your class to be more support or offensive. It's best to play with a group. The apothecary can carry a Bolter and the Sorcerer can use offensive spells.

    Q: [50:02] Previously we had heard there would be multiple smaller continents at launch. What was the thought process behind switching to one large continent?
    A: The decision was technical.

    Q: [51:37] If two Space Marines ally with the Eldar and beat the Orkz over a base fight, who gets the base?
    A: The race that initiated the battle.

    Q: [54:28] Any chance to see melee combat with more weapons?
    A: No two-handed weapons, but we have others. The work is not finalized yet.

    Q: [56:13] What types of PvE are you planning?
    A: We are focusing on the PvP right now, but after we get the AI done we will look into it more. Our PvE will resemble zombie games and Killing Floor.

    Q: [59:10] The Heavy Bolter looks great but the spread seems somewhat wide atm, at least from the tracer fire graphics. Does it have a greater effective range than the regular Bolter and does bracing or balancing it on top of low cover still reduce recoil & spread?
    A: Most of that we will resolve when we do the balancing. When aiming/bracing, the spread and recoil improve.

    Q: [1:1:55] Why is Nathan not on the list of team members on the website?
    A: We have not updated the site yet.

    Q: [1:2:44] Will Windows10 be a compatible OS for EC?
    A: Should be easy to do and is expected, yes.

    Q: [1:04:44] If I kill a developer's character in-game, for how long will I be banned?
    A: It's ok.

    A: Yes, but players need to decide if it is worth poring your resources into just one guy.

    A: Expansions are free, but they will come with new store items.

    A: Yes.

    A: We have not talked about it, but it is possible.

    Q: [54:15] What is the point of being a Xenos founder is only Space Marines and Chaos Space Marines will be at launch?
    A: You will never get the same deal that you get from the founder's packs.

    A: When we have somebody available that can take care of it. We want store items to have the 3D equivalent in-game.

    Q: [56:09] How effective will melee weapons and Warp powers be against vehicles?
    A: We have AV weapons. There will be AV Warp powers as well.

    Q: [58:12] Have you considered a stagger mechanism that would make players lose some of their momentum?
    A: That happens.

    Q: [58:57] Can the assault class wield two melee weapons?
    A: Initially no, but we will look into this later.

    A: Yes.

    A: We don't want to add things that will force you to move. You can still manually move yourself around a corner.

    Q: [32:08] Are you planning on implementing the flame-based weapons?
    A: Yes, but we can't say when. They are not at the top of the list.

    Q: [38:36] Will the Tactical class be able to use the Storm Bolter?
    A: Yes, but they will be very expensive. We will look into it.

    Q: [41:20] Could a Raptor pick up somebody, fly them up and drop them?
    A: Not something we will look at yet.

    A: Not right away, but we want to give you that option later.

    Q: [50:26] After the Chaos vote many worry how Alpha Legion is actually going to be represented in the game. How do you plan to make their covert style of combat a part of their identity in EC?
    A: It's primarily about open warfare, but you will have the option to ambush.

    Q: [52:45] Will Sorcerers be able to spam offensive spells spells?
    A: These are support classes first of all, but you will also have offensive spells. These support classes will not be as good at killing people as other classes. (Aspiring Sorcerer)

    Q: [54:54] Will there be Chaos/Loyalist only weapons?
    A: Yes, like SM Storm-shields.

    Q: [57:02] Will each faction get a "social area" and what will people be able to do there?
    A: There will be social and training areas, even a tutorial area.

    Q: [58:42] Why doesn't anybody use the strong melee attack in gameplay?
    A: It does still need a bit of work done.

    Q: [1:02:03] Will you add a key to switch between left/right shoulder camera?
    A: No.

    Q: [1:02:54] Currently its only control points to "win/own" the game. Are there plans to do other things like having a target to sabotage or kill to take control of the "map"?
    A: Yes. There will, for example, be important destructibles. We have plans to mix it up.

    Q: [35:37] Will Apothecaries be able to extract projenator glands and will it effect gameplay?
    A: We don't want you to be happy when people on your team die, so we don't have plans to work on this. We may look at it later after launch.

    AQ: [40:38] Will there be unlockable executions?
    A: First we want to make sure each weapon type has a working execution. There will be more executions in the game as time goes by.

    Q: [45:30] About the camera view switching shoulders, why can't it be done?
    A: Switching camera view from shoulder to shoulder is not an easy thing at it is not something we are planning to do. It would require new animations and too much work.

    Q: [47:25] Any update on the Website's guild-hosting?
    A: Nope. We want to focus on the Founder's access first.

    Q: [48:50] What advantage will a melee class have in close combat?
    A: We will adjust the backwards movement speed. We will be adding a melee sprint. Assault classes will be able to jump forward and attack.

    Q: [52:03] Have you finished the Sorcerer yet?
    A: LoL, no. Nothing is finished yet.

    Q: [53:08] Why are the Salamanders not an option?
    A: We don't select factions based on how many people play them. We are not keeping them from the vote, but we already have a list made. Also Salamanders use a lot of Flamers which we don't have yet.

    Q: [55:42] Will there be support for controllers?
    A: Yes, they were supported from the start. No auto-aiming though.

    Q: [59:12] When will there be an update to the RTS?
    A: You can't use the items you own, so it has not been a priority for us to add more items.

    A: We don't have timers just yet. Nobody uses Chainsword and Bolter (loadout) together.

    Q: [42:38] Are there still plans for players to use the Chainsword without a Jetpack?
    A: Yes, we want indoor melee fighters as well.

    A: Yes. Determined by pack and then by date.

    Q: [44:39] Is this going to be Pay to win?
    A: Not going to be P2W, everything you can buy will not be more powerful than what you can get in the game.

    Q: [45:53] If you upgraded your pack, which date will determine your access to the game?
    A: The initial date, when you first purchased a Founder's pack.

    Q: [46:49] Can you tell us more about the customization options?
    A: There will be a lot of visual customization options. You can visually customize weapons, add-ons to your armor... anything we can make.

    Q: [50:43] Will there be observer cams for things like MLG/Dev streams?
    A: We want to have spectators, but we have to see how much it loads the server and if you can cheat with this.

    Q: [19:23] Can you crouch without being behind cover?
    A: Yes. We want this to be like a first person shooter and not take control of your character.

    A: After the Founder's access comes out and after we lift the Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA). We want to lift the NDA as soon as possible.

    Q: [36:09] What are your expectations on adding other factions like Tau, Sisters of Battle... ?
    A: We want to add them in, but when and which ones is undetermined.

    Q: [40:10] Will the founders be able to convince the developers to change mechanics of the game?
    A: Absolutely.

    A: Yes, later. We want to do more than just add different colors, so we want to work on what we have right now.

    A: Yes, of course... just not yet.

    Q: [44:24] Will there be physics on characters, like ropes and capes?
    A: We are still debating that. Because of performance issues, not in the beginning.

    A: Weekly or bi-weekly, unless something is breaking the game.

    Q: [48:05] Can you talk more about the Perils of the warp mechanic?
    A: We don't have them just yet. It adds risk-reward to advanced(overcharged) spell casting.

    Q: [51:52] Can you give any information on Character creation?
    A: You will have a no-helmet option and be able to pick a head.

    Q: [53:57] If I bought the game already, would I have to buy it again to play on consoles?
    A: We are hoping to allow transfers (from PC to Console), but you can't have both without buying it again. Right now, only the PC version is purchasable.

    Q: [56:50] Will all the Rhino variants appear in the game eventually?
    A: We have four of them thus far with more to come. We may eventually have them all.

    Q: [59:50] How many game mods will the Founder's access have?
    A: We have several, with more to come.

    A: Yes, but they will be used as special strategic options.

    A: Yes.

    A: Depends on the sub-faction. With the color schemes, insignias, custom weapons, balancing... it could take a long time.

    Q: [41:53] Will bikes be considered a mount or a vehicle?
    A: It's not a horse, it is a vehicle. We don't have mounts in our game.

    Q: [42:47] What do you plan for Nightlords?
    A: We are looking into it.

    Q: [43:59] Will Land Raiders or Titan Warhound be added?
    A: Titans no, again. Land Raiders maybe later.

    Q: [49:23] Can we have an update on minimum PC requirements?
    A: No, because we are still in full development.

    Q: [50:08] Will heavy weapon classes have executions with their main weapons?
    A: Eventually yes. Once we have the base executions done we will be adding more.

    Q: [51:05] Any idea on how many factions can compete on one map?
    A: For now, only two factions.

    Q: [51:55] When will we be allowed to live stream the game?
    A: As soon as the NDA is lifted and we want to lift it as soon as possible.

    Q: [53:28] Any news on the voice modulators?
    A: They are not high priority right now. We use Razer comms which do not come with built in voice modulators and we don't have the time to add them at the moment.

    Q: [54:01] Any chance to see merchandise?
    A: We are about to add that to the store.

    Q: [54:30] Will the servers always be up for testing or only some days?
    A: This is a closed-Alpha. We might close them from time to time at the start, but in the Beta we will try to keep it online all the time.

    Q: [55:41] If in the Founder's access we kill a developer, will we get their head as a trophy?
    A: Nope.

    Q: [56:19] Could you give us some info on voice comms?
    A: It is in-game, it is not optional. There will be squad/command/clan talk.

    Q: [58:25] Since new factions will cost money, how will you counter under-population for them?
    A: We have a large set of tools that we also use to counter over-population.

    Q: [59:38] Will we have some minutes for training/tutorial before our first match?
    A: For the closed-alpha, you will be thrown right in.

    A: Yes and No, we don't want a lot of gore and body parts flying.

    Q: [1:02:22] Will Katie play the game and how will we know it's her?
    A: She will play. She will be the one spamming grenades and killing everybody.

    A: They will have charge & heat, but we will also add an arc and maybe an arc-preview.
