any fight against eldar dbash just fails .. if im alive long enough to actually attempt it that is

My main issue is that there is no such thing as RPS for Tac/Havoc. Only the melee classes get to play that game.
  3. It doesn't get better as a Shoota. If you have only a knuckle as weapon, your stun is ultra short and you can barely use your gun in close quarter then it is basically obvious you die as you're engaged combat.

    As a Klaw user I've found a few more things out;

    1. JPA can ignore the effect of their weapon break, they just fly immediately out of it.
    2. Warlocks are also immune to the Dbash and can attack me twice (using the Klaw) if they stun me.
    3. I don't know if the hitbox is messed up, quite often is looks like I hit them but they take no damage.

I'll post more as I get them.

For all those saying that Dbash doesn't work half the time etc. It literally has always worked if the enemy has hit me with it for quite some time. If I'm hit with a Dbash, I'm stunned. Simple as.
  5. I'm starting to wonder if Dbash isn't based on your characters hitboxes so much as some sort of hitbox around the weapons themselves.
  6. Eldar seem to be the worse for trying to land a dbash or even engage in melee, they seem to be able to dash in and out without any trouble. Though I usually just chalk it up to my latency, I will land a dbash and then I will be stunned for some reason. Can be a tad bit frustrating.
  7. Bring back the 4-second stun on clang for the bash. #MakeBashGreatAgain (Just kidding)

When does the bash fail for me? Whenever I really need it to work.

It's more likely that it takes the force value or weapon tier into consideration. I'm usually able to bash people of equal or lower weapon tiers successfully while dedicated melee with power weapons get away unaffected.
    Laanshor likes this.
  8. I've also noticed that people are able to roll/jump pack out of the stun caused by weapon breaks from clangs.

D-Bash itself needs to stop being an attack and needs to be a reaction that triggers when someone fast attacks while your holding down your D-Bash as a defense. This would radically cut down on FA spam since people would no longer be able to fly past the attack animation.
    Sily and Dreadspectre like this.
  9. If that were the case, my Klaw would never fail. Sadly it keep failing, most often against Axes recently as I stated in the OP. JPAS are also serious offenders in jetting out of stuns immediately or right as the impact occurs. I'll chalk the latter up to server lag/ping but when I see the stun circle above their head last for .2 seconds before they jet off that seems to be a bug.

I've also seen them get the shattered red sword icon and immediately move with no effect as well.
  10. That's usually what I always do--before I die that is. If I recall, it did the same thing around this time last year when the bash was introduced. Could be a Halloween event that we're just not keen to. ;)

And I wish it was tied to weapon tier. At least it would make some sense. As it is, I just try to mash out light attacks until I die when I play any kind of ranged or support class.
