I am Septdeez and I have been following the news for the game since you could sign up for the info. I finally decided to make a forum post saying how much I am looking forward to this. While I am leaning to the eldar I am still uncertain which race to go with. I have played the most of the video games associated with the 40k universe but never played the table top (was too broke) though I watched others play and enjoyed that. Looking forward to playing with all you faithful 40k fans. Also is there any really good 40k books that you guys would recommend I'd love to get into that but not sure where to start.
Well hello ! It is true that the tabletop is really expensive , a shame , but we're all gonna have a wonderful experience in this game , or so i hope! To be fair in this game eldars will be the underdogs , of that i am pretty sure , but you decide what do you prefer

Welcome, cant wait to meet you in open ground. Some good books on Eldar/Dark Eldar are written by Gav Thorpe "Path of" series.
Welcome to the forums, I can only agree with the people that said the Horus Heresy is a good choice for beginners, since it gives a lot of information about the main events of the grim future
