1: fix matchmaking. 7 vs 11, on a fortress map, is beyond gamebreaking. 2: get rid of ADAD spaming. 3 some love for xenos. Otherwise LSM won't have anyone left to fight
No, how about improve the netcode so it ticks more than 4 times a second? Quite a few bugs would be fixed if the tickrate was better, the ADAD spamming included.

Nobody likes to have their fun restricted to a time limit, timers plain just aren't fun. Match mechanics not based on a timer would be fantastic! More game modes - eg: (Capture the flag Ancient Relic of Unknowable Power) / Eldar vrs Ork vrs CSM vrs LSM vrs Tyranid all in one match with tenuous alliances
Redeploy mechanics - stop saying "suicided" to both teams. Stop saying "suicided" at all. Make the model warp away or just disappear and maybe have a travel time? Mirror Faction games (Marine subfaction v Marine subfaction or whatevs). This will allow for some agreement on some problems consistently. Devastator pistol Squad Improvements - color code squads and allow for any transport selection so we dont have to keep swapping squads in pugs all day to find a transport. The majority of this list is made up from what I consider fairly low hanging fruit. I do realize the term is relative to the resources available though. 1) In game friends list 2) Wide open vehicle based map. 3) Expanded Guild features. While we're at it how about a better name for player groups than guilds? 4) More wargear options for Orks and Eldar to bring them in line with Marines. 5) Close quarters infantry only map. 6) Bare headed cosmetics for Marines, Chaos and Eldar. 7) More palpable interaction with the campaign map. 8) 1-2 Player PVE mode. 9)Ability to use the garrisons as a lobby. 10) Piggybacking off the last item Give Garrisons more faction specific flavor.
1. Reduce damage. Decrease the damage output of all weapons everywhere. Everyone in this game dies too fast, and gameplay becomes a mind-numbing cycle of spawn, die, repeat. Time to kill needs to be longer. Start by reducing the damage of ALL weapons by 20%, and see how that goes. Longer engagements will improve gameplay. 2. Increase damage falloff of many weapons, especially bolters and shuriken weapons. Dying to a speck half a mile away isnt fun for anyone. And it shouldn't be possible unless they're using some specific sniping weapon, such as a stalker bolter. 3. For chaos at least, remove all class restrictions on the Icons of the chaos gods. (Ie, their squad banners). It's silly that i can't make a sorceror with tzeentch's banner. Ideally, remove all class restrictions from all banners on every faction. There's no need for such a restriction to begin with 4. Revert the change you made about a year ago where you severely nerfed squad banners. Restore their power to how it was before, when the nurgle banner gave 10% damage reduction. With their current power levels, there's effectively no incentive to follow your squad leader. 5. Increase vehicle durability. They die far too quickly to a focused strike of meltabombs. A single fire dragon can easily take down a predator with five men in it. 6. Remove dual meltabombs from fire dragons, and add it to the other three factions. Eldar are too fast to be allowed dual meltabombs. 7. Terminators. I know its a long way out, but the game is sorely in need of a new mechanic. Things are getting stale, and something like this is needed to revitalise. 8. Increase the power of veterans some more. Currently the extra armor they have is barely noticeable. They need to be more of a challenge to take down, not simply free XP that you shoot for 0.2 seconds longer. 9. Add some means of encouraging people to crew vehicles. For example, everyone in a predator gets XP when any of them gets a kill. Perhaps allow people to spawn into them if they take a certain loadout item. 10. Fix the cost of the zip slugga for orks. It's already inferior in every way, to every other sidearm they have. There's no reason it should be triple the price too. Either buff it or drop it down to 50lp
