Alright seriously there is way too much junk in here and someone needs to clean it out. This forum should be about remembering real people that were friends and loved ones and giving them a litte paragraph or two.

If I died I wouldn't be wanting a post in here but if someone did post something I sure as hell wouldn't want it next to a thread about CoD sucking lately (not targeting that one specifically just the one that's freshest in my mind) I mean come on!

Please people, put your junk about video games in off-topic. Stop clogging up what is a beautiful idea for a remembrance thread with your junk.

People naturally fear death,and as such,the natural reaction to a R.I.P section is to either ignore it,or "make it go away" by making it something else alltogether.
But yes,the mods should probably move the joke stuff to the off-topics.

My point exactly. Have some respect for the fallen. You wouldn't see a joke shop across the road from a cemetery would you? It's just bad taste, as is filling a section like this with non-serious threads.

This is a serious section for a serious matter.

I agree, in totality, though I do find the actual existence of the section itself slightly strange. That being said and all it shouldn't be disrespected whilst it is here.

I'm glad to see that I'm not the only one who finds the inclusion of a RIP strange. In fact I do believe this is the only gaming / community forum I've seen with one. I perhaps think it's best that the 'humour' threads be moved into off topic but the nature of the section just invites this sort of thing. Before and for a very long time it just consisted of one thread, not being disrespectful to the deceased but it pretty much turned in to people RPing about it... Which did strike me as cringe worthy and quite disrespectful

I'm wouldn't call the section strange... more unique. I think this section is a great idea and in some of the threads is a true example of how a community can band together to support each other in times of loss. All the RP and joke threads in here take away from that in my eyes.

This kind of section shouldn't be in game imho keep such stuff in Facebook or something else this is a forum for a motherefing game not for us to mourn your dead

That's as well as maybe but the fact is that it IS here and should be kept respectful regardless.
