  1. "Make is easy for yourself..."

Torgard would reply, his voice, while confident, still containing the slightest flavour of strain to it. He'd lock eyes with the stormtrooper, and while it was clear he was slowly giving way to the man's superior strength, it would also be abundantly clear that the Commissar would not go quietly. All the while, he'd be cursing himself, making a small note of the circumstances, that while his time with the Kriegers had kept him in top shape, their dedication to efficiency had made it difficult to grow into the mass and strength he'd see before him.

What I wouldn't give to be back at my top, just for a bit.

The locked arms, now beginning to tremble in the slightest, would assuredly be twisting against the son of Fenris, causing him to struggle once more. Just as it seemed the fabric of his jacket would give way, torn in this struggle, a hearty laugh would sound from behind his rebreather, his arm falling down.

"Ok! Ok! Ok! You got me!"

He'd clasp his free hand against the Tempestus Scion's shoulder, the mirth in his tone still apparent, conceding this test of strength. For now, he was just pleased to see a small pleasant surprise in this cruel universe.

"It's damn good to see you, Gabriel. It's been far to long."

Claus strode with his comrades, their coats swirling in the cool wind as they walked towards their transports. A shoulder brushed against his as he turned, a pale beauty was grinning at him, a cheery smile that would be rare to find in Krieg. Her rebreather was hanging on her belt as she threw her arm around his neck "Little brother, don't go off scaring the others will ya? This planet is much better than that radiated shitpile of a planet, cheer up". He sighed, his older sister was an optimistic girl, even tho she too trained from childhood on the bleak world of Krieg. Claus loved her sister, she cheered him up, even protected her from a short while, it was his sworn duty to protect her sister from those too close to her. Apparently, waving a knife was pretty effective. They walked together towards their chimera. Claus smiled behind his rebreather.

Once the group had made itself into the Chimera, a pair of Kriegsmen reached over and closed the back doors, before a third one made her way over into the driver's seat. She hadn't very much that made her unique; in fact, that seemed to go with all Kriegsmen. How did any of them ever get differentiated?
It wasn't long before a voice came through the vox in the back, speaking to the group. "Going to Saint's Solace; ETA, twenty minutes." She spoke up - a monotonous tone. And with that, the vehicle jerked to life with its engines letting off a healthy 'growl' before the vehicle rumbled forward along the path - it was fortunate that they were staying on the road. This would've been one hell of a rough ride, otherwise.

"Mild warning; you may wish to prepare rain equipment. Weather forecast being rain until Friday. Currently; Monday." She spoke out soon enough. "Is there any questions of Starport-Tristam?" She asked now to the grouping.

Should anyone stand up and look to the lasgun ports along the sides of the Chimera, they'd find that for one, there weren't any battery packs loaded in; but another thing was that they could see outside.
The Chimera was driving along a different road now that ran along a cliffside, giving those on the right a clear view of the countryside; miles of forests with a river that snaked its way through, all the way towards a lake-- Ah! So it turns out that they had just went through a waterfall, as well.
The view of the city hadn't quite yet come, the turrets just barely able to turn to the left enough to see out of their viewports a skyscraper or two.
If someone wished to see more, they could get into the Chimera turret; though that'd mean only one person being able to get such a sight.

Moloc eagerly pressed his face up against the lasgun port behind his seat, his knees resting on the seat as he peered out at the different sites watching the scenery come and go with a limited field of view; He had never seen a world quite like this. It had almost anything he could think of and had filled him with anticipation and a naive drive to explore as much as he could. Of course he wasn't as understanding or experienced as the others in terms of how dangerous that may be.

  5. Skudd was too busy being horrified about being stuck in the cramped transport of the Chimera to pay attention to anything besides his feelings of Terror. His eyes were wide open as he stared off at nothing. The lumbering Ogryn was rocking lightly back and forth on his seat his face scrunched up with a clear look of discomfort across it. Skudd would of rather walked the way there then be stuck in the box he found himself in. Only issue in that case being Skudd losing direction part way to walking where the Chimera was heading out toward.

Or Skudd forgetting why he was even walking in the first place.

Jarrick kept to the back of the chimera watching the land scape go by as they went his frown only seemingly change into a neutral expression at hearing that there would be rain all week. "Well that sounds slightly nice." Jarrick commented as he watched the world go buy, It all looked quite nice from many perceptive but to Jarrick it felt like less to him it wasn't much like his home cadia which had fortification and guardsmen for miles, While the change of view was somewhat nice to seeing snow and water and forest it wasn't like the snow falls of home.

As Time went on Jarrick decided to look around on who else would be assigned with him, Seeing those from other regiments, including a kriger, Armergadeon steel legionaire, a Ogryn, another cadian, and a Vallahan and what seemed to be in the back with him possibly another type of Abhuman..? He only gave a raised eye brow to her wondering what type she was. Definatly not a ratling, or Ogryn? maybe she was one of those felnars or longshacks whatever they were called, It mattered little to him, he just had to get through this before getting back to deployment and back to his job and work.

Deciding to make the acquaintance of the abhuman first he decided to ask who she was first and possibly what regimentment she was from, probably then he was going to ask the ogryn what he was called since he was looking a bit skiidish since taking his mind off things might help make this ride easier for everyone. @Maleth "So Miss could I ask who you are and what regiment your from?" Jarrick asked looking over to her his face and eyes giving off a neutral expression that he tended to have.

Erika peered through the slits of the chimera and for once in her life, saw a planet that wasn't corroded or blasted to hell with artillery. She quickly took a spot on the turret to get a better look and admired the views, giddy smile on her face. She started to entertain a thought of going for a swim. Erika intended to take the most out of this resting period.
If only her friends had survived to be here, she would be really happy.

Ever since Ogryn lumbered onto their transport, Anis had the distinct feeling of being cramped. He could only imagine the horror that the Abhuman must be going through, considering that the slab-muscled brutes usually suffered from claustrophobia. If the slouched expression of stupidity of his face that shifted between idiotic and inhumanly brutal was any indication, it was to the lack of comfort.

Staying away from the creature, Anis rested in the corner, propping himself on the left side trying to get more comfortable as it is possible due to his...injuries.
Apart from the cramped interior, the second thing that Anis noticed and it took his attention from the Ogryn, was how the air was saturated with moisture. He could feel it, even through the fabric of his scarf, he breathed in water!
    It made him sick.

"Mild warning; you may wish to prepare rain equipment. Weather forecast being rain until Friday. Currently; Monday." She spoke out soon enough. "Is there any questions of Starport-Tristam?" announced a female voice from the vox.

Raining for five days?Water from the skies! This world drips water like mine dripped fire and ashes.
Noticing one of the fellow passengers ( @OgrynLord) getting enamoured by the sight from outside, Anis turned around and peeked through the weapon-port noticing the lush forests and free-flowing water.

    So much water!

Coming from such a harsh world that the usual life of a regimented Guardsman does not know, demanded from the Fire Drakes` (regiment from which Anis hails from) propagation officers to submit their soldiers to thorough degree of indoctrination in the myriad ways of the Imperium, as to acclimate them better to the many wonders they may encounter man or machine alike.

But it is a different thing to experience it with your own eyes.

Tearing his eyes from the port, he looked up at the Chimera`klaxon device, removing the scarf from the lower portion of his face:
"Water falling from the skies for five days!"...he added with a sense of disbelief followed by a smiling curve from his pulp lips "Is it a common occurrence?"

Claus sat in silence. He felt her older sister's head rest on his shoulder as he leaned forward. He stared at the ground as he heard the rain pounding on the chimera. But his mind did wander 'Raining five days on this world?' he thought with a suspicion building up. He looked around the others, they were so fascinated by the planet they didn't even notice the strange phenomenon. Anger started building up but his sister's soft snore through her rebreather instantly tore that down.

With the sights she saw out of her side of the Chimera, Saven had a smile slowly cracked upon her face, avisible sign of her relief from not having to see yet another warzone and instead some rather interesting scenery that was easy on her eyes. Still, there was the small matter of having to share the transport with a rather... Diverse cast of guardsmen all in the same transport. Even if she was doubting the practically of shoving an Ogryn in the transport alongside everyone else.

Heltharan was just about to spring for the Chimera's turret to get a better view of what was outside (even if slightly miffed that about the forecast for the weather being rain, rain and yet more rain) until she was asked a question by a Cadian, which made her hesitate and so lose her chance to nab the turret seat. Sighing as she resigned herself to a port view, she turned to face her questioner and replied ( @Vulpas ) "Saven Heltharan, 142nd Theron Cohort. And you?"
